Kings Inn Cody

It was easy to get to and clean. The person at check in notices my husband was walking with a cane and offered us a room on the first floor. Very nice exceptional service. The hotel was full as it was 4th of July weekend.

It met all our needs and the room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. Wish the bathroom light and fan were on different switches and the bathroom was tiny, especially considering the size of the room. Wasn’t the most expensive hotel on our trip, but was not the cheapest either. The price did not reflect the value.

I liked the African safari decor in the foyer, even if the lions were a bit on the shabby side (mane wise) Some shade over the car park.

This hotel was a good option to stay at Cody. We travelled from yellowstone park at arrived late at night, there was no problem with a late check-in, which I appreciate!. There is a good breakfast for free, and parking is also free Nothing

The staff was very helpful. We had some trouble with our key card a few times and they always took care of us quickly. The continental breakfast wasn't anything great, just minimal.

The room was clean and quiet which was great for a one night stay. We also liked that we were able to check in later. There were a couple of improvements that might need to be done. For instance, I would recommend it to be more accessible. Since we were in the 2nd floor, the hotel did not have an elevator which made carrying the luggage more challenging.

Staff really try hard for the situation they are in working there. It really sticks not having a toilet you can go number 2 in. So your family has to go find another toilet to use

Very intriguing stay, the taxidermy was interesting. Rooms were comfortable and clean, location was nice for Cody Rodeo.

The hotel was dated but nice. Too far a drive to Yellowstone, I would stay in West Yellowstone, MT or Gardiner, MT if your focus is going to Yellowstone.

The location was great and there is a good barbecue restaurant right next door. It was clean and comfortable and a good value. It was a great option staying a night outside of Yellowstone before we drove an hour to the park. There was not enough seating for breakfast. The wild animals in the lobby take up a lot of usable space. The breakfast did not include hot eggs or sausage. They did offer hard boiled eggs.

Room was large, clean, and quiet with very comfy bed, upscale linens, and a table with two chairs. Breakfast was ordinary, but ample and they have waffles. The lobby dining area boasts a huge collection of stuffed African game animals. Definitely unusual and interesting (also a bit sad for the animals)! Need a night light in the bathroom and the bathroom fan is very loud, but otherwise, great place to stay in Cody for a night or two.
