Breakfast was great! Room was very comfy too. Very happy with it all.

Loved the ambience when you walked into the lobby! Was not expecting that! Enjoyed our room and service was top notch. Breakfast included and you eat among the wildlife. Highly recommend.

The hotel was close to everything. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful at night. The carpeting was coming up and needed to be replaced. Breakfast room was very small and often it was impossible to find a place to sit.

The location, pool The doors to the outside didn’t read cards anymore, kept getting locked out. Pullout couch was broken in room 229. Living room air didn’t work very good.
-
Nice staff, clean room Practically no outlets in the room to hook up your laptop, charger etc. Not enough tables (only 6?!) for this quite big Inn - so no place to have your breakfast in the morning the breakfast itself is underwhelming

The room was clean. The front desk staff person was very friendly and helpful. When we went to enter the room, our electronic key didn't work. A housekeeper was walking by and noticed this. We were going to go back to the front desk, but without our even asking her, she took our keys and said, "Let me take those for you; I'll be right back." She came right back with the keys now enabled. That was great customer service! We have stayed at this hotel several times on our way to Yellowstone or on the way home and will continue to do so. While the breakfast is nice, it does tend to run out if you're not there for the "first wave" in the morning.

I didn’t like that the rooms did not have a microwave.
