It is a great spot for solo travelers and easy to get around in the town and get back to your bed without hassle. This inn has a great view of the west with huge mountains! Wifi wasn't that great, it kept skipping. The plus is the shower has great pressure, it'll wash the mud right off ya in the blink of an eye!

Nothing Run down. No ice. No outside light. Refrigerator was half size. Faucets in bathroom are broken and hard to shut off water. Dirty attendant rude. Throws toiletpaper in the counter at us.

We did not stay there, when we went into our room, we had to leave because there was a really bad smell. We ended up staying at a different hotel.

The room was good. Not updated but okay. Worth the price and would stay here again.

The shower did not work very well. The bed was comfortable.

The price was good, staff are friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal. Lack of extra blankets, the AC was loud and hard to set at a comfortable temperature.

That should be the end of it, but they charged me for the no show, and have refused both mine and Expedias request for a refund. Theft is a word that comes to mind, and I'm less than impressed with Expedia as well for not making it right. I'll be thinking hard about ever using it again

Advwrtises breakfast but when I asked, they said they didn’t have breakfast because of staffing issues. Seems like there should have been more notice or a discount or voucher for breakfast nearby. Seemed very poorly run.

I booked two separate reservations for two nights and got two different rooms. The first room had unpleasant sewer odor, making the stay uncomfortable. The second room featured newer facilities and was much nicer. Hotel prices near Yellowstone East Gate rise sharply during peak tourist season.

The front desk worker was really nice and easy to work with, made checking in very smooth. The room was decent; bed was mostly comfortable and all of the amenities worked. The water pressure was sometimes not the greatest, but was usually okay. Parking was super easy, there were spots all in front of the rooms but 99% of the lines are worn away. Our biggest struggle was getting maid service for our room; they leave a hanging door sign with “maid service please” on one side and “do not disturb” on the other to put on the outside door handle when needed. We put the “maid service please” sign on a few times in the morning before leaving for the day (we wouldn’t be back until the evening) and never received the requested service. Decent rooms for the price otherwise!
