The rooms were cleaned, and replaced with towels daily. Very satisfied.

As we entered the room, we saw a moving cockroach. Took a video, reported to the front desk. The lady at the front desk offered to spray the rooms. We asked for a refund for all of our rooms. The lady agreed. Minutes later, a gentleman presented himself as a friend of the front desk person - and bullied us outside of the hotel into keeping our reservation. We said no - and then ended up saying he spoke to the manager and there are no cancel policies. This has got to be the worst experience we’ve ever had in our decade of booking group reservations. Despicable service, and cleanliness.

First, I wanna say that my room smelled like smoke. It was not clean properly at all. The tub was dirty. The countertop was dirty with the TV was, there were stains on the carpet, I never slept on the bed. I slept on top of two top sheets, the chair in the room was sold out of date. The material in the upholstery was fallen apart! And then for breakfast, there was no breakfast. It was bagels and muffins that was it! False advertisement! I would never book you again and then ask for anything extra they check to see what size room you’re in and then they determine whether or not they’re gonna give you extra washcloths towels or sheets! After you pay almost $200 a night for a room!!!! And when I called down to the front desk, she was not nice and was rude and then I was so frustrated and dropping my phone in the toilet so I couldn’t even get any pictures and yes, I was traveling by myself so I don’t have anybody else to take pictures with me. Very very terrible experience! I couldn’t wait to leave. I checked out way before 11 AM! I was checked out by 9 AM and I just sat in my car.

Rooms were clean. Shower was good. Beds were comfortable enough. Staff was friendly. We checked in showed slept and checked out. 1 night. So it was decent for what we needed it for

property is located in a very central area easily access. The room is dirty. The beds are hard. The carpet needs cleaning or removed. The breakfast is poor new proteins.

Unbelievable. Expect to waste your entire day just waiting around—both for check-in and check-out. To make matters worse, they charge extra..avoid this place.

Location was fine Smelled, old, musty moldy. Bed was so old and it dipped in, in certain places. Tv was broken in spots and darkened. Bathroom was disgusting, room carpets were so Nasty and had holes. So grossed out after being here. Front desk was not very friendly and neither were other staff.

Other than the staff being awful and the rooms dated (small television)the stay was comfortable

Pricing was not bad, the property had a very disgusting smell once entering to check in. It smells like marijuana throughout the property. Our rooms were clean the following morning and the cleaning people took the toilet paper away and never replenished it when I contacted the front office. They told me I would have to wait a few hours because the rest of the staff did not arrive to work I ended up having to go to the gas station to purchase toilet paper. If you're just looking for a quick location to sleep and relax, this is perfect. I do not recommend staying here for long periods of time and or bring family along.

The cleanliness of the facility A black female stood beside me wearing a pink satin bonnet and said you can suck. The unit I was offered in Baltimore City was written on the ground by the front door of the motel Tina Campbell offered Building 5210 that number is written in yellow Someone came in my room and placed white powder on the bathroom door a shoe print on my desk and left bbq sauce under my bed

The stay and property met our expectations. While the 'breakfast' is very simple and not cooked, that was clearly advertised online and mentioned upon check in.
