Best Western Plus College Station Inn & Suites

Excellent place to stay!!

When you walk into the hotel it’s very welcoming. No problems with parking or staff. We’ve stayed here multiple times, majority of the time no problems.

From the time I walked into the hotel staff was very friendly.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, bathroom has a fan, breakfast offered great options

This hotel was a delight for us, super friendly staff and a very comfortable room.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was super quiet. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom was immaculately clean.

Clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. The breakfast area manager was no where to be seen. When we’ve stayed here before, a very friendly lady was always in sight if you needed anything. We’ve stayed here in the past & everything was always great but this time I would rate it 5 out of 10.

Good hotel

Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast but I liked how they stayed open later to accommodate the later arrivals that showed up 5 minutes before closing time. I have had other hotels slam the doors closed when trying to get breakfast. The pillows were terrible. They were the size of couch pillows. If they would upgrade the pillows it would have been perfect. That was the only down side. The bed was super comfortable.

Upstairs was so loud. We had to complain to the front desk and it didn’t help
