The room was clean and cold! Parking was easy. Breakfast was great. After driving many miles and arriving very late at night, the hotel was not busy at all, but was asked to wait several minutes while the desk clerk was finishing whatever she was doing on her cell phone. Common areas in the hotel were hot!
