Very kindly staff and room nice and clear also breakfast was good much better then other hotel

The location Dirty in Lobby. I was over charged for 1 night. Service lady at desk was new. Terminal pad for charging was not working correctly. Someone went behind her and added more charges. Sink slow draining. Dryer for hair was so sticky and dirty.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room had no closet, no draws , no safe deposit box to keep your valuables in , the pool was green and I was told that it was going to be taken care of , but the 5 days I was there I couldn't use it. My sheets were never changed the 4 nights that I was there. My towels I asked the housekeeper outside my door for clean towels. I never stayed in a Tru Hotel liked this. I always had good things to say until I stayed here.

We arrived on Wed 9/19 checked in room was ready. When we went in the room there were no draws to put clothes away. No closet to hang clothes. No safe to store valuables. Went to check the pool and it looked like a green swamp. Asked about the pool and they said they would get it cleaned . Gave up after 2 days. We checked out 9/23 was there for 4 nights. Beds were never made or room never cleaned. Asked the lady cleaning the room she said we were not due until Tuesday. Was able to get bath towels. The shower had no pressure even when we turned the shower head to massage. The staff behind the desk were very nice.will not be using Hilton hotels again

I wanted to get in the pool for the duration that I was at your location. The pool was not available. They kept telling us to come back to check to see if it was going to be ready. That’s unacceptable so I never was able to get in the pool when I picked the hotel because you guys had a pool also, you only had five cleaning people on the property when you had the whole hotel book that was unacceptable. I waited two hours to get my bathroom clean.

Breakfast and Staff were great! Our room, not so great. Dingy and musty. Also some sort of flashing light on the ceiling that flashed all night, fire alarm maybe? Not sure I’d stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel approximately five times now when I visit my daughter in Dallas. It provides a wonderful breakfast a friendly staff. The rooms are clean and a nice size and the location is wonderful to all of the sightseeing locations in Dallas

Clean and modern room with nice walk-in shower. B’fast was above average with good variety. I would stay there again.

The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was good with a lot of choices..

Only thing I suggest is limit to one hr on the pool table they have available because there was rude people not willing to give anyone else opportunity to play n that was one of the reasons I booked with this hotel is to play pool.

Workers are nice. Keep the hotel maintain the AC works amazing in the summer.

Place was great, but the shower had low water pressure. I would go back.

* Not too far from the stadium. * There are shops and other places within walking distance. * The hotel has a pool and offers free breakfast. I had originally reserved a room with two beds. However, when we checked in, I was told that they did not have that room available and that they would instead provide us with two separate one-bed rooms at the same price. Since I didn’t know what the rooms would be like, I agreed and went to take a look. The two rooms were next to each other, but there was no connecting door between them. We had to go outside and enter each room separately. Since she is only 8 years old, I felt it would be difficult for her to stay in a room by herself, so I returned one of the rooms. At that time, I was not told anything about adjusting the price or how the payment would be handled, and I did not ask either. I simply assumed there was nothing we could do since they said they did not have the room we had originally reserved. I had made the reservation several months in advance, yet despite knowing that we were traveling with an 8-year-old child, they decided to give us two separate rooms. In the end, we only used one room but were still charged the same price as the original reservation. There were also several other issues: * The shower water pressure was terrible. * The outlets in the bathroom did not work. * I had to try plugging the hair dryer into different outlets just to find one that worked. * There were no extra towels available for the pool. * None of the ice machines on any floor were working. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I don’t think I will stay here again.

Everything!! Room service didn’t go in my room at least to get rid of trash the entirety of my stay, BUT everything else was 10/10
