All was good and went well

The staff are very responsive to your every wish, but the noise and rerouting are Just too bothersome, especially without any discounts to make it more bearable. For $300 a nite, I wish I had gone elsewhere. Parden our dust? No- it is Parden our Backhoes Plus, this the hotel that never heard of the ADA and never heard of water rationing. Wheel chair guests enter and exit thru the kitchen. Wasted water streamed down the driveway and on to the street everyday. No alternate water days here. Sprinklers run uncontrolled. They really need to make better decisions.

Under construction. Would not have made the reservation if I’d known beforehand. The staff was 1st rate. They alone made the stay tolerable despite the dilapidated facility.

Even under construction it was an amazing experience. The room was FABULOUS and the location is perfect. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Beautiful property, and excellent location. We loved our stay.

The location was perfect! We loved being able to easily enjoy the local downtown shops, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Beautiful hotel, great location, and outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Cliff House at Pikes Peak to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay. The room was small but well appointed. The bed was awesome! We ate at the bar and grill, excellent food and Eric was great!!
-
Great place. Currently under renovation which will just make it better
-
Their restaurant does serve a nice breakfast and I would recommend including breakfast as part of your booking package if you book through Expedia.
-
Places under construction, you can hear the people above you our room you had a view of a rock outside of our window. I would wait for them to finish construction before you go there.

It’s like taking a step back 100 years! 100% worth staying at-least 1 night!

Beautiful historic property, right near the restaurants, bars and shops of Manitou Springs. It was 5 minutes from the Cog Railway and 10-15 from Garden of the Gods. Everyone was so nice and interested in if we were comfortable, offering great recommendations for activities and how to get there. This hotel eally enhanced our vacation. The property has some renovation going on, but it wasn't noisy and didn't affect entry, exit or sleep. The temperature was so nice and cool, the modern amenities worked beautifully, it was sparkling clean. We chose to valet park the car as there was really no need for it- nice shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the bus to the railway made it unnecessary. A great and convenient stay!

Or suite was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Awesome historic building and location couldn’t be better.
-
The shower was also very confusing to operate. There was a full-page instruction sheet explaining how to use it, but I did not notice it until after spending about 20 minutes trying to get the water running properly. The downstairs lobby was in poor condition, with construction projects and unfinished areas throughout. I also tried to enjoy the outdoor deck and rocking chairs, but the closer I looked, the worse it appeared. White paint was splattered everywhere, and the paintwork looked extremely unprofessional. Overall, the condition of the hotel did not come close to matching the price I paid.
-
Great historic hotel with convenient location. Staffs were helpful. Valet parking was fast. Room was clean. One thing bothered me was the sound of water draining. Maybe it’s because it is a historic building.
-
A beautiful property undergoing some wonderful renovations that did not affect the quality of our stay. Our room was fantastic. The staff was helpful, polite and friendly. Valet parking made everything so easy. Food was good. We will definitely return and look forward to seeing The Cliff House when all of her renovations are completed. Can highly recommend The Cliff House!

I loved the property. I did not love being charged $250 for a smoking fee, haven’t smoked in 12+ years. For the majority of the stay I pretty much slept when I was at the property.
-
We didn’t have A/c in our room, it was soooo stuffy, no air circulation at all. No ice machine and vallet parking. No where near Garden of the Gods. Not a good experience for us at all.
-
Street parking in Manitou Springs is expensive and limited. Glad to have the hotel off street parking garage. Not happy that it was an additional charge of $20 and was only accessible via the valet.
-
Everything was great. Loved this hotel. Only issue I had was that I had a $20 food and drink credit that I used at the bar but it wasn’t credited. Bartender seemed to have been a little tipsy so maybe that as the issue
