Property is in the perfect central location in Manitou Springs. About a mile walk to the Cog Railway or the Manitou incline. Close to all the shops and restaurants.

I pick this place to stay due to the proximity to downtown Manitou Springs. It is great to be able to walk everywhere. Clean and enjoy the contactless check in. I’ll be back!

I can't believe how modern and walkable this little place is for the price! The rooms seem to be newly renovated, and the having a separate sitting area (couch and coffee table) was a bonus. I would love to stay here again, for a longer visit next time.

The website advertised free breakfast, but there was none. The bathroom had a sign stating not to flush toilet paper in the toilet so this was disturbing. No kleenex. The A/C was so loud you couldn't sleep. Used ear plugs the 2nd night. There was no carpet on floors so hard walking on them barefoot. Overall was within walking distance to Manitou Springs so that was good.

Good clean room easy check in and out.

Beds were comfy, cute room, excellent location. Wifi was a little stretched, but for the location and price point, cannot complain!

We really enjoyed our stay. The GM was very friendly & helpful. The room was newly remodeled with gold finishings, very clean shower & bathroom, fresh paint, nice blankets. The king size bed was firm. The chair outside the room was a nice touch. The location makes it possible to walk around Historic Manitou Springs without paying to park! The bus route has a stop within walking distance to go to the Cog Railway or Manitou Incline.

Clean well stocked rooms. Parking is a little tight if a full lot but doable with a few extra turns. Loved my stay had no issues and remote checkin/out was perfect.

I truly loved that the room we stayed at had a cute few of a stream.

The toilet does not work properly. The air conditioner rattles so loudly it keeps one awake. Housekeeping did not come until almost 5pm.

Easy check in. The property is clean and well maintained.

This hotel was perfectly located for walking to town and driving to the local sights. It was no frills but clean and just what we needed for a couple of days. My only complaint is the a/c unit was very loud and there are no blackout shades so the room did not get dark at night.

Really good location, however the room was sub par. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The bathroom was small with a small shower. Not a good fit for larger people. The beds were not very comfortable. We tried to use the sofa bed and it had not been cleaned or checked in a while. Alot of crumbs and pieces of food were inside. Not a good experience.

A bare bones motel recently upgraded . No reception at front desk only done by phone. Doors don’t lock well ( no dead bolt) but right next to police station. Not a bad place for a 1night stay but a lot of money for very little
