The stay was good. Nothing great but good. Not most comfortable beds. But it is ok.

Very good breakfast and parking is free

No frills place to stay, rooms are clean, breakfast is the usual continental options. Heated pool that is well maintained.

Before checking in for our two night stay we asked if the hot tub was working. We were told yes so we checked in. 30 minutes later we found that it was not working. We were going to check out the next day and go somewhere else but were told that it would be working in a couple hours. We stayed. It was not working for the second day. We understand things break down but we asked twice and were told yes it was working…not true. The rooms were musty smelling and worn. The whole hotel was generally run down. I recommend staying away.

The hotel is a great value and easy location to get to many areas around Colorado Springs. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. My only comment is the hot tube is Luke warm and the jets spray too high. Also the gym is not really usuable.

The kids loved the pool, and it looked clean. Our card didn't work well to get into the pool area and only worked sometimes to get into our room. Before checkout, both cards didn't work at all, so someone just stayed in the room while we loaded up our stuff. One of the chairs in our room was ripped, and the other had some questionable stains. Our room was pretty dated, but it was clean. Getting to the hotel was weird and it took us a few tries to get to the right place since the side gate to the hotel was locked. I felt like we were in a questionable area, so I'm glad we just had a quick overnight stay. Breakfast was fine, but it got get pretty busy with nowhere to sit, so we ate in our room. It was pretty musky walking in, but the rest of the hotel was fine. Overall, it worked for a quick overnight stay, but that's it.

Good staff, breakfast, and room

Breakfast was Okay. We stayed two nights, the second morning we just ate breakfast elsewhere. We really enjoyed the pool. It was clean and the temperature was perfect! Our room was average, but clean. Would stay again.

I specifically chose this hotel because it was near the Zoo and it was easily accessible. The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean, however 1 pillow case looked like it had been stuffed in a corner for some time, full of wrinkles, not an issue just took from the crisp clean made bed look, and my son found pistachio shells under one of the beds. However this didnt effect my rating because it didn't effect our stay at all. Both things actually made me giggle a bit but I know how hard housekeeping works. Every part of the stay was great. Pools was nice, hot tub had moments of not being hot and on the last day it was closed but it happens. Id definitely stay here again due to my experience and the location.

Older hotel with older carpet(happy many hotels are replacing carpet with hard surfaces). The hotel was well cleaned and maintained. Breakfast nothing fancy but there were plenty in choices. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was available with less available into the evening.

Comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Very clean rooms, felt like home.

It was what was expected of a budget friendly hotel
