Great location. The lobby has games and plenty of space for socializing.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff, and VERY clean room. I could easily imagine a longer stay here!

Staff called and texted at midnight and then 1am to confirm if I was coming to the hotel, despite having checked in w them at 3pm the previous day. Then the next day they went ahead and checked another guest into my room. I was walked in on while changing around 9pm. It was a horrible, humiliating nightmare. We checked out the next morning. Hotel only agreed to comp the rooms once I went through the AI bots and escalated the situation. Overall horrible experience.

The property and room were extremely nice. A problem did occur during our stay. During one of our family’s shower, the faucet handle fell off the faucet. We temporarily fixed it and reported it to the front desk when we left. They were very appreciative that we told them about it. Staff at this hotel are very well trained and very accommodating.

The room was terrific - very roomy with full size fridge and excellent amenities. And the room were well insulated from noise.

We had such an amazing stay! Staff were always helpful and present. Breakfast was hot and consistently re stocked. They had great areas for pets and the room worked perfect for my family of 6. We will definitely be back next time

The property was nice and clean. When checking in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s very close to the mountains with a nice quiet neighborhood, I would walk each morning. Breakfast was a little lack luster than what we are used to with Home2 properties, missing a few expected items like bacon, granola and honey on the bar. The coffee is just barely hot after a couple of hours of breakfast time. The dining room didn’t have a microwave to warmer it. Other than that, we enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the property. It’s across the street from Target and Starbucks which is a plus for grabbing items you need in a pinch. I would definitely stay again, even with the breakfast cons.

It was fine for a night but

The guy at the front desk was extremely friendly and very helpful at check in. The hotel itself was clean, and the rooms were good sized rooms with a small kitchen and full sized fridge. The beds were very comfortable as well. Overall I would recommend to anyone, and will be back anytime I find myself in Colorado Springs.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. No towels in pool area and no one at front desk to get any towels. Had to go to room dripping wet and use room towels. Called front desk to request more bath towels and phone went unanswered. I hung up after about 25 rings.
