This place was probably the worst experience I've ever experienced. It was very dirty and by dirty I mean there was blood stains on the bed and stains on the pillows. There was also used shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower. Elevator was broken so I had to use the far one at the end, no big except the other elevator had spills on the floor and was very dirty.

Had terrible experience from the start we had to go back down 4 times to get the key to work the lady at the front desk did not want to go up and help us it was not user error. The we had the fire alarm go off twice at 3am!! Litteraly got up crazy of course to get the heck out just to open the door to someone telling me it’s a false alarm and it went off again maybe 10 minutes later. Breakfast was also terrible in a packed over crowded lobby (it’s a lot more smaller than the pictures) I’m also pretty sure the eggs were just a tad under cooked but everything over all just looked messy and gross

I usually don’t leave reviews but this was my first bad experience. This place was definitely not like a LaQuinta I’ve stayed in before and LaQuinta is one of my favorite place to stay when traveling.

Was easy to get to, room was clean and the breakfast was really good! Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Dirty rooms, dirty carpets, dirty toilets. Lazy staff. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

We booked this room for our daughter's birthday so that we could go swimming. When we checked into our room the sink was clogged and we didn't have a working sink the whole time we let the staff know but they said that they only have maintenance on certain days or the maintenance also does the breakfast and other tasks. The rooms are also not very clean and the hair dryer did not work.

After driving more than 10 hours, I was looking forward to a hot shower, only to discover there was no hot water. The room was in need of a deep cleaning, and the comforter had multiple stains. The lamps next to the bed did not work, and the outlet beside the bed was broken and would not hold a plug. Overall, the property appears overdue for remodeling and basic maintenance. Throughout the night, the smoke alarms went off several times between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., making it difficult to sleep. There were also dogs barking loudly at various times. After returning from lunch the next day, our room keys no longer worked and had to be reactivated. While watching TV, I noticed what appeared to be women’s underwear and other debris underneath the air conditioning unit, which raised concerns about how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. There was no extra toilet paper beyond the half roll already in the room, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers were empty. Thankfully, we had brought our own toiletries. Another inconvenience was that only one elevator was working for the entire property. The one highlight of the stay was the mountain view. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service issues outweighed that benefit, and I would not stay here again.

The room was nicely clean upon arrival. The unfortunate part was our room smelled like old stale cigarettes. We were unable to be moved due to full capacity. The pool was fun, nice and very cold. The room was spacious and comfortable. No complaints except for the smell, sadly. The bed was nice and bathrooms were good. The breakfast was good. The front desk clerks did not give exceptional service but they were okay. Parking was easy. There is free wifi.

Clean room, breakfast was great, staff not so people friendly, there were also 4 of us, 2 adults and two kids, they would only let us have 3 towels and 4 wash rags and that’s only if we gave them the used towels and wash cloths. They also only had 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole building.

It was in a good quite area

The pool was not clean but being outside we understood the leaves, sticks and bugs and there were never pool towels on the pool towel shelf even though when we went there was only one child in the pool.

Room smelt like mildew and blankets were dirty stained. Carpet felt gross. The shower was a whole other level of grossness. It looked like peoples feet print where in there still you could see scum on the side of the bath so it for sure hadn’t been cleaned. Super outdated. Plus I felt like I was in an area that was full of not so great people. I wouldn’t recommend this area if you have children. We could barely sleep. Locks on doors don’t work. Anyone could access the property through the back door room key kept having issues.

There wasn’t a screen in the window and the plastic was broken on the window where you grab to open it. I almost got cut a couple of times trying to open the window. The volume on the TV was broken so I couldn’t adjust it or watch TV due to the volume (we weren’t in the room that much anyways). There were only two thin blankets in the beds. Missed breakfast on the day of check out because I couldn’t find anyone at the front desk to confirm time for breakfast and no sign was posted for breakfast times (we went down at 9:30, guess they stopped serving at 9). But the staff was professional and the hotel and location sufficed for what we needed.

One of 2 Elevators, for a 6 story hotel, was out of order. Was put on the 6th floor / daughter was going for surgery in the morning. Long walk. Floor in room wasn't vacuumed and smelled unpleasant. No fan in bathroom! Containers for hand soap / shampoo / conditioner were all emply. Needed paint everywhere. Vents were filthy! Snack pantry was poorly stocked and over priced. Not one employee greeted me with a smile except the gentleman who was running the breakfast on our second morning there. Very poorly lit outside after sunset. Front door locked at 10pm. Feels like nice prison... Breakfast was very good on our second day. Staff was doing what they could to help, but struggled with room keys and even stated that systems needed updating. I felt bad for them. Won't stay here again.
