Nothing. The tub was missing a drain plug. It was dirty, covered in hair and the sheet had a film on them. It smelled odd. I requested a different room and it was the same without the odd smell. Avoid this place it’s awful. It was close to were I needed to go. That’s it.

Didn’t use the amenities but it is a very safe clean place. No highway noise. I stay here several times a month. It’s my go to

While checking in 2 guests were demanding refunds due to unsatisfactory accommodations .I was unable to use the card key and required the Maintenance staff or MOD to let me in my room . I was told this is a widespread issue and they are hoping to get new keypad door locks . the carpet was badly stained , Beds were extremely worn with Actual indentations in the bed were previous Guests for years had slept. The MOST gross and inconvenient issue was the Shower/tub would not drain . Standing in dirty water to your ankles (yuk). Then Maintenance came up and drained the tub/shower but next day same issue again :-( . Breakfast was good . Staff was helpful and kind but the Property was extremely in need of updating and deep cleaning !

The location was convenient for our overall reason for coming to Colorado Springs. And the price was quite reasonable. The staff was very good, patient, and worked tirelessly to resolve problems that were created outside of their sphere of control. The hall way carpets need to be replaced and the subflooring needs resealed due to an overwhelming pet urine smell. Once this is completed, the hotel should be segregated into pet and non-pet floors. That should help to alleviate if not eliminate the problem.

The stairwell smelled like old Indian food. However, our room was nice and clean, and we had a good view of our vehicle right below our window. We slept comfortably.

Don't be fooled by the "pretty pictures" when booking. I try to not judge a book by its cover but this is definitely the last time I'll be using Expedia for any bookings. The hotel is poorly maintained, dirty and horrible odor of urine! Our room was on the second floor, the elevators were scary and also stunk. Once we made it to our room I used the restroom and there was no switch for the fan at all, ok so as I'm looking around there's hairs on the floor all around the outside of the bath tub. I was pretty grossed out and frankly doubted the cleanliness of anything else. Besides the bad odors, and poor maintenance and upkeep of the hotel itself, the staff was also lacking a professional well put together appearance. If you are able to go elsewhere, yeah definitely do so. Will not be back to say the least.

The price is the only reason we stayed. The beds were comfortable enough. The water in the room never got over luke warm. The carpet in the room was dirty and very stained. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. The stairs were dirty. The hot water for making tea was only warm. We had problems with our keys.

Nothing except they did give us a refund for the room It was absolutely disgusting that place has never been vaccuumed ever - the room itself was super dirty, smelled terrible, there was pubes all over the bathroom and poop smears on the cabinets, looked like the room had never been vaccuumed before it was absolutely terrible
