My second time staying here and I loved it!

It was very easy to get to, lots of stores, restaurants, and Tinseltown we’re all right around the corner, walking distance, even. The only thing was I did pay the extra $25 for the breakfast and we didn’t even use it either day.

Everything was ideal to the room size to the excellent shower. The location is ideal to anybody visiting the area and is easy to navigate around. Definitely would recommend this location to anybody who has the means to afford it.

We only stay for one night, checked in late and check out early, and everything is fine, standard good hotel. Will be better if the check in staff more friendly and hospitable, she just seems couldn’t care less.

I like the location of the property. It's nice to have a Starbucks ON-SITE and a full restaurant. Staff is friendly but scarce. The rooms are in need of remodel. Particularly the carpets. There was a mustylike odor in the bathroom due to a shower curtain. Texted the property staff about replacing it but no action.

Fridge was not working so they immediately replaced it.

Spent four nights here. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the front desk staff for indulging our 5-year-old granddaughter in her nightly cookie run.

My wife was bitten by bed bugs. The bathroom did not appear clean. The grab bar in the shower was rusted and the tile was stained below it. The stopper in the tub was broken as well. I was not aware of a parking charge. Had I known this fact ahead of time, I would have parked my car across the street in the public lot. There is a charge for everything at this property.....sorry I forgot about the ice water that I assume was free.

Kinda stupid you have to pay $10 to park. There is lots of parking and it’s not in a downtown area or anything like that.
