We booked this hotel after being tricked to believing reviews at another hotel. I am so glad we made this move. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the front desk staff Cody who was AMAZING!! We even got warm cookies! The room was clean and spacious, Starbucks was of course a plus! the bar was great, and the pool was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

Enjoyed my stay. Was there to attend a wedding. Food places walking distance from the hotel making things convenient. Will stay there again.

Love Hilton doulble tree. Very nice modern fully renovated rooms were amazing good all around great location easy to get to breakfast was very nice all uou can eat

Room was very clean, door to room is not. Elevators dingy and dirty Never got to gym Front desk in morning was spectacular! The evening crew was friendly but had to be engaged…. Food at bar was okay. Style of hotel great Conference room and service great

Large hotel with plenty of activities and restaurant options around it. The kids loved the cookies!

When we got to the hotel. The AC unit was not working; it was hot as hell. The unit had the be replaced. The new unit froze up and started blowing hot air. I had to turn the heat on to get the unit to thaw out. The only compensation that was offered was a free breakfast or lunch. A free night stay would have been a more acceptable offer. I was in room 548. I'm very displeased with my stay.

Had to request 3 times in 1 day just to get service for our room. Also, 2 cars of homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. We didn't feel good about that.

The check-in staff member was not very friendly and didn’t seem to want to be there. We requested a room that would accommodate my service animal and did not get a room that was appropriate for me or my dog. I had to walk to the exit to get to the outside when I was told my room had a patio leading to the outdoor area. She told me upon checking in this as well but this wasn’t true. Rooms were available to accommodate my request but I was not able to make any changes once I checked in. Very disappointed in the service I was provided. This was my only complaint.
