I am a HiltonHonors member but did not receive water upon arrival nor any of the other perks. This hotel? NEVER AGAIN!

Booked en route to our final destination for a quick one night stay. Facility is very conveniently located and definitely nicer than I expected. Small upgrades in the room made it feel like a much more expensive hotel. Would highly recommend.

Overall our stay was “okay”. 3/4 towels of ours had STAINS on them. It did seem like they’d been washed but very visible stains. Shower curtain had what I would hope was a chocolate stain on it. Iron didn’t work, had to request a new one. Along with the fresh towels … toilet didn’t flush properly. Stains on the curtains on window. And minor stains on the comforter.. I just think overall it grossed us out and don’t know if we’ll be back. Not super clean!

Clean, nice, friendly staff
-
The staff wasn't overly friendly. There were new charges like parking. Lots a new rules.

The iron we attempted to use to press a shirt was not in good operating condition, and leaked water everywhere. Also, having to pay $10 for parking is a ripoff hidden charge. Should be disclosed at booking so you know the room will cost $10 more, because there is nowhere else to park,

Nice hotel! Staff was helpful.

Pool and hot tub

Alignment for the Television could be better. Impossible to view from the bed. Parking charges are high. Should be added to room stay. Breakfast was good.

Great for a conference.

The shower didn't work. When we reported the problem the person at the desk said, "Oh, you have to pull the handle out and showed me instructions we'd never seen." Funny thing...the shower worked for one shower, but not the second one. Every time the toilet was used the tank lid had to be removed and the plumbing adjusted so the toilet would work for the next use.

The room was pretty clean, I just found long hairs in the shower. The beds were comfortable . The hot tub was great- it was very hot. The pool was awesome, there wasn't anybody in it the first time we used it. Now, the breakfast.... Not included in the price. We didn't realize there was an extra charge for that. That's one thing we always look for when booking a hotel- a free breakfast.

Great customer service & the room is well maintained.

The room was spacious, good value. I feel like it could have a little bit better air conditioner. Staff always checking on you to see how they could help.

I reserved a room with a balcony;did not get it;was told at check in I could not pick my room.I initially reserved a stay thru Expedia a month in advance.I wasn’t able 2 add on a night 2 that stay thru Expedia since they didn’t have availability.I was able 2 reserve an extra nite thru Hilton directly.I am a Hilton member, but they tried to charge me the nonmember rate already knowing I was a member. When I asked for the cheaper member rate w/paying in full at time of reservation they did give it to me, however I don’t understand why I needed to bring that to their attention.Hilton staff on the phone said that they were able 2 tie my stays together with the different reservations so that I wouldn’t have 2 check out of the room, but that she needed a credit card on file 2 do so.She insisted I wouldn’t be charged additionally as both reservations were already paid 4.When I checked in, the lady told me they don’t tie reservations together but that she would take care of it so I didnt have to physically check out of the room & that I didnt need 2 do anything else.No1 told me I had 2 go 2 the front desk 2 still check out in system & check back in 4 my keys 2 work.Oh & I was in fact charged 4 the room w/that credit card they asked 4 on phone at the more expensive nonmember rate after I checked out.I used a completly diffrnt card when I checked in 2 pay for incidentals.Staff at front desk couldn’t assist me & told me I had 2 call back following week 2 speak 2 the guy who does refunds.

A very nice property with a large lobby. While there are ample places to eat, have a drink, sit down, connect, there is a curious lack of soft materials and a coziness. The lobby feels very "corporate."

Great staff. Clean room. Good breakfast selection.
