Nothing like the fresh smell of cannabis burning outside your door in the morning.

The room was clean. The staff is good. Will say being right next to a noisy road made it hard to sleep and there are no microwaves or coffee makers in the room.

Clean room Very old property that is in desperate need of renovation. Apart from the interior of the room the rest of the property was run down and dirty. No mainstream brands in the bar ( I think it was just the cheapest drink they could get). A very new age type vibe (hippy)

The photos online are very edited and not what the place truly is. Very ghetto area. We were located on the bottom floor at the very first room. There was absolutely no noise cancellation so we could hear people on the stairs, through the wall to the next room, conversations outside along with any foot steps outside. The first thing I noticed was the door handle lock was hanging on my a thread. The HVAC unit was broken as well. Any time it kicked on it sounded terrible so we got no sleep. The fridge also did not work it kept food at a room temperature. I left a day early after the water had randomly stopped working I could not do it anymore. We had complained to staff about the hvac and they could not move us rooms and said they would send maintenance in to fix it that day which never happened. The staff was not rude by any means though. The lobby was nice but I would not recommend staying more than one night if you can avoid it. There are also very sketchy suburbs located directly behind which makes it feel very unsafe considering our door barely worked.

Staff was very helpful. Door Locks and Jambs might need some work to ensure safety.

The motel part is run down. Rooms were decent enough to sleep, although there were cobwebs on the ceiling, dirt in the corners, drywall on ceiling was bubbled/ falling off, balcony cat walk was uneven, cement was coming off the sidewalks, the stairs were uneven and chipping and made with different materials, weeds everywhere! It looks like the front of the property is better maintaine than the back of the hotel. I will not stay here again.Pictures on website are misleading!

The atmosphere had a good feel to it everything was clean everything was comfortable what they offer is outstanding came from Fairfield Marriott had to find somewhere else Marriott really let me down SCP made my time more enjoyable here in Colorado springs well worth the visit I'll definitely be coming back to SCP Not enough orange juice LOL really there's nothing I didn't like

Finally, a hotel that gets it. A simple, healthy breakfast, unreal plates, and coffee and ceramic cups. Recycling and trash cans in every room, lots of community space to mingle and a beautiful pool. There was a lot of road construction in the area, but that definitely is not the fault of the property.

I was able to find this place for 1 night at the last minute. Didn’t go to breakfast as it was only coffee, juices & muffins/rolls.

The breakfast was very limited , only1 kind of juice , limited options on cereal

Very nice for what is offered. The pool is great and I love that the lobby is always open for games/hanging out.

Very difficult to get into due to the construction on the road out front. Our room door had been pried open and was broken, we reported it to the front desk and they gave us a new room with an unbroken door. Breakfast the girl took all the breakfast items out of the display cabinet and we had nothing to eat , very strange

Fast check in. Comfortable beds. Hotel room decor and outer esthetic details look thrown together and very cheaply done.

My personal favorite touch was the walls being so thin that we could hear the room next to us. So when we tried going to sleep, light still slipping through the door, we were quickly disturbed by a lovers quarrel. Had we not been traveling back from me having a major surgery in AZ I probably would of went and asked for a refund and just went to camp with the tent we had packed. I would barely rate this property okay, but they were cool with dogs so I'll give them that. Seems to be green washed, eco BS cheaply thrown together.

The rooms are refurbished so they are clean and look nice. The exterior of the hotel is crumbling apart. Breakfast was light but very yummy and nutritious. Did not like the fact there was not coffee in the rooms. Shower was pretty weak. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The size of the fitness center was the draw for me. That was awesome. The building itself is in need of renovation. The doors are old and sticky, and the a/c was not consistently working. Staff helped as much as they could, and the concept is great, but it's the building itself that is rundown.

Location and the size of the room. Breakfast is too simple and not fresh.
