Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia South Fort Meade Area

The rooms need to be updated. My rooms carpet was old. The bathroom tubs faucet was very loose and could come off. The hallways carpets were dingy. The staff was very nice.

I stayed there for two nights in the second night my room did not get clean. But the overall stay was good. The rooms was nice and big..

The room was new, spotless, and smelled fresh. The food was good, too. The only thing I wish the hotel had is a swimming pool. A special thanks to Lini (I apologize if I spelled your name incorrectly), who was working the night shift on July 5 at around 9:40 PM. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. Her excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to thank the night shift staff member who answered my call when I requested a toothbrush and toothpaste. I didn’t get her name, but she was just as kind, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated the excellent service. If I ever have the chance, I would definitely stay here again.

Refrig/freezer leaked all over food, onto the floor where my clothes bag was. Clothes got wet. Tv remote had to be replaced. Only 1 elevator of 2 worked. Floor worn. Halls hot. Fitness room good. Place for dog to go to potty was good. No outlet near beds to charge phones. Had to ask for clean towels. The hotel needs updated. I’ve spent many stays in Hampton Inns & will not be coming back. Dissapointed overall

Place room was nice and spacious n very clean. The bed was so comfy that I had my goodnight restful sleep. Also love they serve hot and cold breakfast and fruits, yogurts, coffee, juice.I will be coming back in November. Also love that is close to many stores n my favorite place Live Casino..Thank.you to all staff members

I stayed for a full weekend and I was very impressed. My AC unit in my room was not working and they replaced it very quickly and efficiently. I felt safe in this location, and the coffee was actually pretty good!

It was nice, but they did not honor the room we booked and paid for 7 months prior. Then they had us carry sheets, blankets, and pillows to our room for the pull out sofa. When we opened the pull out, there were already sheets on it, and there were crumbs everywhere in them.

Room was ok soap was empty at bathroom sink went to our event came back to no lights in bathroom or kitchen reported maintenance was gone for the night still no lights by morning

Nice stay clean bed definitely got the job done for an overnight stay.

This is an excellent property with and excellent staff. Ms. Nasharae and Ms. Angela at the Front Desk are top notch.
