Staff was very helpful and our room was perfect for our needs.

He apologized and said that this was the room he was given. I went to the front desk and asked what was going on, the clerk said there was a problem with the computer and she had fixed it…no apology Went back to the room and my key wouldn’t open the door…went back to the clerk and she made new keys…no apology I asked to speak to the manager but he wasn’t in. The next day i asked again for the manager and was told he wasn’t in, I called reservations and was able to talk to him! After I explained the situation he apologized and said he would investigate and call me back…I guess he’s still investigating because he hasn’t called back! My wife went to the desk that evening to get some towels which we had asked for earlier, while she was there, the assistant manager was taking care of the desk and my wife explained the situation to her and she apologized and even refunded us for 2 days of our stay… this was nice and the only reason i didn’t give them a zero
