I was given a handicapped room, which would have been ok generally but - the bathroom floor, with built in drain looked moldy and poorly cared for and the bathroom fan was hanging off the ceiling. But the kicker was that the shower did not get hot - at all. I was able to switch rooms, and I appreciated the staff making the change. But then I was told the entire work out room was “out of order” so that amenity was not available. The new room was adequate, but very dated. I will not stay here again.

I like the location I didn’t like the odor in the hall, and I saw cockroaches so definitely I will not be staying there again.

Also, the workout room was closed.

The moldy bathroom. The blood stained sheet. Dirty as f. Feet were black after walking barefoot.

This was for the King Suite, extended stay needs to replace their furniture, will not stay again.

Where does the staff hide? Breakfast? What about coffee? Went downstairs three times, and coffee container was empty. Last time, when staff brought “new” one out, it filled 3 small coffee cups!!! Staff behind counter would only say, “we’re making some.” They were not helpful at all!

It was sad that these rooms were renovated. They were not. It felt like I was back in the 1970s. The room smelled old. The appliances and furniture were old. Definitely not worth the price at all. If I could have checked right back out and gotten a full refund we would’ve done so. After check-in, we left to get something to eat and then we left very early in the morning.

The location close to restaurants and stores Never had pot and pans to cook, toilet paper, cans around to take garbage, washer and dryer never worked right for the whole time here, staff overbooked never refunded, only person friendly is the supervisor and one male staff member that works here

Well, they couldn’t supply pots of pans they said they were scratched up, or toilet paper, laundry hadn’t worked for whole stay, told supervisor was brought to staff laundry, staff overbooked me and never refunded wound up paying 3,000 for the stay, absolutely horrendous! That it was near restaurants

Construction in the building. Housing of low income families. That should be identified when making reservations.

Toilet was broke called to have fixed never showed up. Sheets were dirty. Room smelled like smoke. They were renovating the halls maybe should started rooms. Did checked out night early.

The heat didn’t work in our room and we were freezing all night. Furnishings and carpet worn and shabby. Halls smelled bad. Staff was fine

Worst place I’ve stayed in. The couch was ripped. The bathroom door was destroyed. Looked like someone had punched it. And there were no available utensils nor pans to cook in. Their breakfast was awful. This place needs a lot of house keeping to take care of and a remodel would come in handy

This hotel had great bones, please upkeep the rooms.... really needs updating!!!

I didn't stay the night and found another room.

The hallway and my room smelled horrible. It smelled like urine and burnt rubber. The comforter was covered with dirty with black spots. The carpet was filthy and the tub was infested with black mold. Also, the kitchen had thick sticky dark brown residue all over the cabinets, countertop, stove and refrigerator. The people on the same floor were loud and randomly running up and down the hallway throughout the night disturbing everyone from sleeping. Without a doubt, I know for sure that I will have horrific nightmares about this hotel for the rest of my life…. Trust me I will NEVER EVERRR stay there again! ???‍♀️ #Guaranteed ?

Staff was nice Everything else, room was disgusting, old and run down. Needs to be gutted and updated!
