Clean rooms in staff and Parking

This is a good place for a quick business trip or overnight interview or even an emergency home issue . My only issue was after 10pm the front is closed and need your card to enter and 1 of my nights the key didn't work and I had to call and wait 15 minutes to enter. The workout area advertised only has a machine to get your steps in.no other equipment.

My card stopped working two times which locked me out, though the staff was helpful right away with getting me a new one.

Never do again unless I truly had no other choice.

The floor smelled terrible. Room did not seem clean. It really doesn't give you the comfort of home. You have to ask for everything instead of it being easy available... Coffee, tableware, shampoo, everything. Some lights didn't work at all. It was pretty disappointing.

Lastly... Remember the front desk is closed from 10pm until 9am. Re: deliveries, key card issues etc

The check in staff was ok; not great, not bad. During my stay I encountered nicer ladies that weren't so rigid. The room was pretty decent and everything was clean, not dusty, no odors. However, the toilet seat screw was broken and we pinched ourselves before we all knew about it. The stove also set off the smoke detector when we tried to use it. The exercise room is an elliptical and a treadmill, neither worked. Laundry costs $3.50 per load. They except quarters and debit cards. The 2cweeks we stayed, it was quiet and I felt safe when I walked around outside at night

The bed was pristine and the air conditioner was new and functioned great. The room itself looked a bit dated but was very clean. I did not use the kitchen area during my short stay but it had everything you'd expect. The staff was friendly and parking was plentiful.

Lobby smelled like mildew, and skunk, outside property window treatments stained, grounds unkempt, bicycles, folding chairs laying around property.

Yes, it was some things that should’ve been upgraded before other, the carpet needs to go the hallway smell. And housekeeping need to do a better job.

I arrived after a long day, and was greeted with no room available despite my reservation. I had to go to a different hotel that was 30 minutes away.
