It was a pretty clean hotel with decent rooms and beds. Breakfast not very good and I stayed multiple nights and had to get key cards reset every day.

Clean and spacious Staff was ok

Once inside my room I was good. It was clean. NO HELP FROM THE GIRL I CHECKED IN WITH. THE LUGGAGE ON THE CART WAS small AND IT KEPT FALLING OFF AND OR FALLING THROUGH THE BOTTOM OF THE CART. I AM 74 YEARS OLD AND THE GIRL DIDN'T OFFER TO HELP ME OR GET SOME HELP. ALSO, THE PARKING LOT WAS BLOCKED OFF AS I PARKED IN FRONT AND UNLOADED MY CAR THEN I HAD TO BACK UP BECAUSE THE CONES WERE ACROSS THE PATHWAY TO GO PARK. THERE WAS NO ROOM TO BACK UP AND EASILY MANUVER TO FIND A PLACE TO PARK! THOSE THINGS ARE MADDENING!!

Staff was not very friendly upon arrival. The room that was originally assigned was not properly cleaned and bed was unmade.

Tommy was clean but there is no light on the entry way . Too dark . Bedroom area was fine , good refrigerator, microwave and there are many places to sit

All of our issues came the first night. We booked for 3 people, a king sized bed and a pull out. There were no linens for the pull out. It took 4 trips to the front desk to get the required linens, and eventually gave up calling what we had “good enough”. The sofa bed was wrapped in plastic making it a hot, uncomfortable sleep for our son. The lights on either side of the king size bed kept flickering and the power ports connected to the nightstand were hit and miss on connectivity. Eventually we realized the bed was not connected to the wall and pulled it out. The lights/nightstands were plugged in with an extension cord that had the 3rd prong (ground?) cut off- in other words, the wall plug was set up for 2 prongs, the extension cord had 3 prongs so they cut one off. We unplugged the cords and used other outlets in the room. Randomly, no one could tell us if we could charge items from the “shop” (soda, snacks, basic meds) to the room or not. Some at the front desk charged to the room, others said they could only take cash or card. Overall, strange experience and we will not be staying at this chain again.

Disappointing

We had blood on our sheets and were told at the front desk that she could not get any linens until the morning. Staff is useless and rude. This was at 8pm at night. She was also unable to change our room because she said “I just can’t”. Worst place I have ever stayed. This place should be shut down!

Parking was very limited due to construction

Check in was easy. Dirty facility, smelled like mildew in hallways, poor inside and outside lighting.

I only spent one night, but the experience was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty.

The bed was comfortable it had a microwave and a refrigerator. Well are bathroom door could not shut due to how poorly put together or the wood must have swelled up. They never cleaned are room we were unaware we had to request a clean up 24hrs prior.
