Red Roof Inn Washington DC - Columbia/ Fort Meade

If you have no where else to go. The room smelled of mildew because ac was off and blowing humid air into room. Towels are thin. And the AC has mild and bathroom wall was cracked. The place does not match the photos.

Plus, the ice machines worked and the parking lot is very bright at night time.

No refrigerator, no microwave. Mattress well worn, could feel the inner structure of the mattress against my body.

Roaches everywhere, dirty sheets, no enough towels and wash clothes, no soap or anything to clean yourself just horrible

There was no room to check into and getting a refund has been quite the hassle.

A bit run down, but not horrible for the price

Bugs all over the room. ROACHES Checking in was a mess, room wasn’t ready for hour plus and because I went outside gave away rooms to other people

not the best area if you are walking.

I never expect too much from a RR Inn, but this one was particularly concerning. The room was not particularly clean. There were 2 cockroaches in the room (cliché, I know, but this is the first time I’ve actually experienced that myself). And, the check-in was not optimal either (staff was nowhere to be found for 15 minutes and then when they did show up, check in took a long time and the staff was all attitude. There is no good time for any of this, but at close to midnight, I had no patience for this.

The television and the comforter. The entire experience was great and needed, but these two things

The beds were comfortable I didn’t like how messy and dirty the area was. When we went into our room it smelt like cigarettes, also in the rooms they’re were bugs on the walls

Housekeeping just cleaned the water but we didn't change room. And the second night the room was flooded again.

Great location near Ellicott City and various other attractions. Very clean. Good value. Friendly staff. No issues during this stay

Good location; friendly staff. Overall, this location was very good. The only (very) minor complaint I have is that the door to the ice room was a little bit difficult to open. Everything else was good.

Nothing!! Everything!

Some of the staff were wonderful and the location was prime. The TV was awesome. I would more than likely stay again after some work. I do understand price and quality, though. The room we had is in need of some moverinor repairs (vanity fixture and plumbing) and could use some updating (floors).

Put in a nonsmoking room that was covered in smoke and was dirty. Bugs were crawling around and just was not clean
