No room service who came to clean the room since we have been there for 4 days , requested and they keeps saying they will send someone to come clean and change bedding but no one came .

No electric at all our last day and angry foreign manager made us leave in the dark and lost a lot of our things. No refund for 6 hours without power and kicked out in the dark. Horrible horrible horrible place. All of it

Good value. Clean/ comfortable. There was no one at the desk when I arrived. I had to wait 10 minutes. They do not hold bags for early arrivals.

Nothing couldn't sleep in the room they bomb the room out and the smell almost killed me I have asthma It was roach's in there they bomb the room before giving me the room and I had to sleep in my car cause they didn't have no more rooms

I paid for a king but when I got they they said one was not available and the price would be the same no discount would be given.

Good location that makes it easy to travel to nearby attractions. I don't like that I don't have a reason to stay at this location more often.

The stay was disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable it was noticeably dented in, I could feel the springs while lying down and hear them with movement. We stayed on the first floor, and there appeared to be several bugs, both crawling and flying. I personally saw a roach in the room. Overall, the condition of the room made it difficult to feel comfortable or enjoy our stay.
