Sleep Inn Columbia Gateway

My room was suppose to be smoke free and it wasn't. I addressed it with staff and both staff members where rude.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC unit was adjustable, which is always nice for optimizing sleep. The cleaning people did a nice job and asked if we needed anything else when passing them in the hallway. Comfortable desk chair and space to work. The refrigerator in the room is also nice. The breakfast was very thin--not a lot of choices, but it was better than nothing. Overall strong marks for a good place to sleep, shower, and get a little work done.

I stayed 3 nights in a handicap accessible room. it was very well maintained. clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I booked a non-smoking room and confirmed with the attendant when we checked in. We were then given a room that was very clearly a smoking room, and it was so strong that we had to wash all our luggage after we checked out to get rid of the cigarette smell.

Sleep Inn at Columbia Gateway gave us what we need: A quiet hotel, a clean room and great access to I-95. The staff was quite helpful. Sleep Inn was an excellent value for what we needed for a weekend stay near Baltimore. There also was a large shopping area nearby in Columbia. Excellent food choices and a Wegmans. This hotel is also easily accessible from the Balto-Wash Parkway.

Nothing No humanity values I had an Adthma and I had to leave after 2 hrs from checking in as I had to go to ER then they didn’t refund that night which I didn’t stay there

Location was great for us, easy access to the highway. Breakfast was good, had eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, juice and a few other things. Air Conditioner, seemed like it was straining, but it was hot and humid that day.

Nothing Didn't get to use the property that I paid 95 dollars to use for 9 hours to rest from surgery

The tiles in the bathroom (room 310) we so badly broken, they were a pinch hazard for my feet. The most concerning thing was guys sitting in trucks in the parking lot for hours. I mentioned this to the front desk person twice. They didn't do anything about it both times. I had to get stuff from my car a couple times and saw them sitting there for hours. Maybe this is related to people being trafficked?

No stopper in the bathtub drain, wall paper peeling in the bathroom.

No where near the rate it’s shows. More like a 2.5. Staff was disengage , carpets in hallways looks like a NASCR track. Room old , bathroom old dry rotten wood. Tub needs glazed. Mildew was strong I would not eat Breakfast

Broken vents on AC unit. Carpet in hallway stained and part cut out.

Nice place to stay close to Elicott City. Clean, comfy, cheap and calm All was good for this price.

A nice clean place with fresh breakfast

Kept knocking on my door for cleaning despite working a 12 hour shift, lack of communication. You can hear your neighbors...loud and clear. Also hot water doesn't last long.
