The bathroom was dirty with hair and the counter was not cleaned.

The only thing missing in the room was a coffee maker

Upon check in I was told that due to staffing shortages my originally reserved queen room was going to be "upgraded", to two doubles. I asked the lady how this was an upgrade, I was traveling with my partner and we wanted a queen bed, not two separate beds. She said it was an upgrade because it was more expensive. needing the reservation I had to accept what they had. I do not believe that by reserving a room I should be penalized because of staffing shortages, or at least contacted prior to my reservation to see if I wanted to change to a different location to accommodate my needs. Once in the room my partner was sitting on one of the beds and there was a cockroach crawling on the sheets. They did change my room but at that point my partner did not feel comfortable staying at that hotel and left. I stayed because I already paid and needed to be in that location for the following day. Upon check out the gentleman asked me how my stay was, and I told him all of the problems to which he smiled and chuckled a bit and said, "we hope we can serve you better next time." Very disappointed in the organization, communication and general lack of care for pest control.

Yoy should improve the breakfast. Is a good hotel, though

I was very impressed with the how clean our rooms were and the comfort with the beds and bedding.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms look like the photos and the hotel is near a lot of food options and stores which made it nicer and easier to get around

Room was clean but sparsely furnished. Only one chair at dining table and only one night stand.

There was no breakfast, just some cupcakes, quaker oats, and fruit bars The shower head broke, and I saw large spiders in the bathroom

Affordable! Quite, bed were comfortable everything looked clean. I slept well. Breakfast was not all that great but I had something to put in my stomach and they made sure to have what they did offer stocked.

Fire alarm went off at night

No basic toiletries or even a hairdryer. Floor was sticky. They gave us a room that smelled like cigarettes even though there was no smoking signs, so we had to get a new one. Don’t think it’s worth $154 for one night.

Very professional and accommodating

The kitchen in the rooms were a nice add on.
