It was very hard to get info to cancel. You call they send you to the site. The site send you some where else. Very confusing and annoying.

It was okay.

Great place to stay, wonderful staff and extremely helpful. The only challenge is getting to BWI - Expedia suggested this hotel was close to the airport, offering shuttles and the like - sadly that wasn't the case. The hotel is 15-25 minute drive to BWI, there's no taxi service and extremely difficult to get a UBER or LYFT for an early morning flight. If it wasn't for the hotel staff, I would have missed my flight. My issue is with EXPEDIA not the hotel. And, there are very few places to eat unless you enjoy fast food, Burger King? And, there's NO food at the hotel. I heard they have a great breakfast but my flight was too early to stay for the breakfast. Hotel great, Staff Wonderful,

Disappointed no coffee until 7am

Staff was courteous, the place was clean and everything was in order.

Staff took our towels and made the bed but never brought us fresh towels. Even sent a request for more. Also the toilet seat looked like a dog chewed it all up.

Everyone was nice

Parking is kind of limited, will probably have to park in what they call the basement, below parking. Hallways smelled like weed from other guests. Water pressure was lacking in the shower and the shower head wasnt that good. Shower has the holders for shampoo and stuff but none were installed. Instead had small tiny bottles on the sink. Overall good sleep and a good stay though

Air conditioning was noisy, humid, and dusty. Bed was okay.

All was excellent!! Room was great! Great restaurants near by.
