Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia

Enjoyed how big the room was and clean. Also the staff were helpful and was able to accommodate my housekeeping reques even though it's normally every 2 days they do housekeeping. The parking lot is too small. We had to park on the curb because all the spaces were taken when we arrived back at hotel after an evening event.

Little things add up. Clean and spacious room, excellent shower/water pressure, thoughtful breakfast options and real plates to eat from. The gym was well-appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly. I kept noticing thing after thing that had me commenting about the stay to my family. A well-run place to rest for the night. We would for sure stay here again if in the area.

Exceptional

The location was convenient, there was ample parking space, rooms were sizeable and comfortable. The communal space was also sizeable and I liked the games that were available to play with, although the football game table will be lovely if replaced with a new one. Food was okay but might need more variety. All good.

The whole property is clean and the staff is so helpful Needs more parking I think they were redecorating so there was a storage container and a work truck taking up four spots. Better breakfast fresher options. The eggs were rubbery and the fruit cups seemed a day past freshness

Stayed 4 nights with family of 5 and housekeeping only came once to clean our room throughout our entire stay. Very disappointing experience. Asked for linens to be changed after my daughter spilled ice cream on the bed and they literally dropped off new linens for me to make the bed myself after paying a very expensive amount for the stay. We found a bug in the bathroom on the checkout day. Never returning
