Location was good and parking was free and plentiful! The room was musty and many features of the room were damaged- coat closet handle missing, hole in bathroom wall. There were very strict and ominous NO APPLE pay signs and strict damage deposits, which felt like you were signing your life away. The front desk guy was super demanding that I use a credit card in my name, rather than my husbands name (who was standing next to me and has the same last name!) because I couldn’t use my card (which I only had on Apple Pay). Check in took forever because of all the rules and demands, which were a challenge for almost everyone!

There are very few complimentary “extras” that cause a few added expenses, such as drinkable water for refill and coffee. There was poor communication about late check out options and how to go about having a late check out. My largest concern was the door to the second floor stairs at times would not open, which to me is spooky and causes a major fire hazard.

An alarm went off in the middle of my stay. It was super loud and the phone wasn’t functioning to call about it. It got turned off but it took a bit.

The building layout was a nightmare. Staff was kind and friendly.

Don’t bother paying for the continental breakfast add on, all you get is one very small food item (cereal or a pre packaged pastry) and one choice of drink. You have to pay for any hot food or any additional things you may want.

Outdated furniture and amenities, good enough for the 6 hours i was there

People checking in while already registered guests were checking out.. Had to pay a fee to check in 2 hours early to a room that was already reserved..

room was not ready when checked in early even though it was supposed to be okay. plumbing is quite bad. no towels changed ever. coffee maker missing parts. staff repeatedly made errors and even deactivated our keys even though we paid for late check out earlier. room was not the cleanest, especially the couch. no storage space in bathroom area. various staff were not very helpful and rude at points. breakfast is NOT free and bad quality.

The property was dated but they wanted a $100 deposit that I was supposed to get back and I’m still waiting on, The tub was old and the room smelled of mildew.

It was clean , staff was nice The pool was dirty to me ! Very green and filmy . The breakfast wasn’t I expected went to ihop

The location is excellent for those needing to jump right on i-95. I didn't use the amenities the checking is always very efficient.

Booked for the indoor pool and based on ratings but was disappointed by the dirty carpets in the hallway, the thin walls and thus noise. One of our booked rooms had an AC leak resulting in a musty smell. The hotel did move us to a new room. The AC in the other room was very loud. The hotel just looks old and dated, not fresh or clean. The people were friendly enough, but I would not book there again
