Hilton Garden Inn Columbia

Nice location. Presents well. BathRoom could use some maintenance. Sweet staff

Had a good experience at Hilton Garden Inn but noticed a few minor fixes. There was no paper towels in Women’s bathroom on 1st floor and the scale at the gym didn’t work.

The hotel is a lot more beautiful in person.

Not clean

The location was great. Front desk staff was friendly. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We liked having the extra chair in the room. The seat on the toilet was loose. I reported it to the front desk but it was never really tightened. Also, there was a stain on the sheet on one of the beds.

Why do we have to pay so much for breakfast? Had to wait until the next day for the keys to the room. Computer system down. SMH

Clean, quiet, easy to find and pleasant staff!

A lovely well maintained grassy dog walking area. The outdoor patio was also wonderful to relax in after the sun went down.

Great stay clean and conve.

You pretty much have to beg to get your room cleaned. I got there on 7/21/2026 my room was cleaned Monday 7/22/2026 and not again until Thursday 7/23/2026 @1700. Between I had to keep calling to get clean towels and wash clothes.

Staff was. One in particular was rude.

The only issue I had was parking but I was able to find a spot in the back with easy access to the side entrance

I find this extremely concerning. Hand soap is not a luxury amenity—it is a basic hygiene necessity and something guests reasonably expect to be available at every Hilton property. Being unable to wash my hands properly during my stay was both inconvenient and concerning from a health and sanitation standpoint. I have always associated the Hilton brand with high standards of hospitality and cleanliness, which made this experience especially disappointing. While I understand that supply issues can occasionally occur, I would have expected the hotel to have a contingency plan for providing guests with such an essential item or to offer an alternative solution.

No complementary breakfast

The bed was comfortable There was a price for breakfast. How can you charge the customers for a "Continental breakfast " and $2.00 which should be free. That is absurd. Also when I checked in the front desk person just handed me my keys and did not say another word. I had to ask her if there was breakfast. Customer service on her part was not great but overall the staff was very nice.

Great location. Simple and comfortable.

Close to a lot of stores . Been there twice. Always a shortage of towels.

The staff was great. They were sweet and made us feel welcomed.
