Very friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel, nice pool and outdoor area, convenient location. Breakfast was really good. Will definitely stay here again.

Acceptably clean and spacious room. Bed was comfortable as well as the pull out couch. The walls are very thin, so the barking dogs and screaming children in our hallway could be heard throughout the day.

The hotel is spotless, comfortable, and feels incredibly safe, making it the perfect place to stay with your family. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel genuinely welcome, but I have to give a special shout-out to Patricia, who works the night shift. She is one of the kindest, most caring and genuinely helpful hotel employees I’ve ever met. After a long day of travel, being greeted by someone with such warmth and compassion made all the difference. She is an absolute gem and a wonderful ambassador for this hotel. Our room was impeccably clean, the common areas were well maintained, and everything felt fresh and inviting. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of variety and something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start the day. This hotel offers incredible value. It’s comfortably in the middle price range but delivers an experience that feels well above that. Clean, safe, welcoming and exceptionally well run. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. If we’re back in Columbia next year, there won’t be any question about where we’re staying—we’ll absolutely be back at Staybridge Suites. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Was a lot of construction but the room was clean

The only thing I would suggest is put a fan in the bathroom because it gets really hot in there after a shower. Other than that, the place was amazing!

The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful from the beginning to end. The room was very clean and spacious with everything you need for a short to long term stay. We loved the court yard, the afternoon snack time and the morning breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit up that way.

If you want to clean up every day,this is not the best place, but it was good place to stay long.

If you want to stay in long, I'll be there again

All was good with the property and the room. Loved the setup: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, with a full kitchen. I loved it. I noticed the bedroom doors did not have locks. I love that each room has everything that a single room needs, and the place was excellent. The front desk agent did not remind me of the time the free breakfast was served. Other than that, my stay was comfortable and nice.

The pool is nice and they have pool towels available outside. The water was clean and blue. No lifeguard onsite. The AC in the room is controlled by front desk remotely. The monitor on wall to the left controls the on/off option rather than on the AC unit. The TV is mounted to the side of the wall rather than in front of bed/sofa. It does stretch out to align it to how you wat h it from the bed. There's lots of channels to watch. I had a 1 King bed Kitchen style Suite and it was pretty spacious and quiet on 2nd floor. Except on my last day, I was awoken by the sound of construction. There was some work being done on the center staircase which was unpleasant to hear in the morning. I found it inconvenient as a customer to use the old elevator in the building to go up and down. In addition, to the construction, the parking lot in the front and back was always full or the construction equipment was blocking a spot to be open to park our car. We parked somewhere else.

Would stay again

I ended up staying long-term due to home renovations, and it felt as comfortable as home and was better than expected. The staff were friendly, but I think a signpost indicating the location of the room is needed.

We walked in and walked right out. Old, rundown and just ick.
