Room could have been cleaner. Hair was in the tub and sink. We also had nets in our room. The hall and lobby carpet could be cleaner. An upgrade is probably needed.

It was very handy to have breakfast. Also the Air Conditioning/Heating worked well. The room was clean. Staff was helpful.

The breakfast was pretty good. There were lots of food options: hot oatmeal, cereals, hot eggs & potatoes with boiled eggs & toast with muffins and a meat choice. I don't eat meat so the morning they offered western omelettes was tough for me. The beds were comfortable and they provided lots of towels. I liked the close proximity to our event, however the restaurant options nearby were limited. I had asked for our room to be serviced at the front desk and to one of the housekeepers because they service rooms every other day. When we returned from our day, it was unkept. I made the effort to speak to two different people in-person and then no result. The pool was closed, which I always feel like they should sent a warning before your stay, and offer something in return for the inconvenience. I didn't like not being able to screen share my phone to the t.v. screen for apple phones.

The continental breakfast, and pleasant staff The pool wasn’t working and I was really looking forward to the pool I actually booked this hotel because of the pool so it was a disappointment, I wish they would have said the pool wasn’t working before I booked

I asked for a room near elevator and received a room at the end of hallway! My husband has mobility issue uses a cane ! Our room was at the end of hallway!
