The beds and pillow were comfortable. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I didn't like how the air conditioner turned off and on.....but maybe it only runs like that. It was loud, then quiet.

The front desk staff were really friendly. My room was very clean. It was a nice experience.

Hotel was clean, friendly staff - only the AC unit in the room is dated and loud which disturbed my sleep.

Standard hotel, though it seemed like maintenance was having a hard time keeping up, pool and hottub were dirty. And one elevator was not working, the other was super slow. It did look like some renovations were being done,

Location The air vent right beside the head of the bed I slept in made me a little sick. And the pool should be available around 8am instead of 10am, because of check out time.

Tamie was AMAZING! Our room was absolutely disgusting. Filth on the ceilings above the beds, in the entryway, the bathroom. The reading lamps and scones were not dusted. The towels were not clean. The door to the refrigerator was broken and the wooden enclosure broken beyond repair. This hotel has gone downhill.

Didn’t have my reservation. Took an hour for them to finally let me cancel my booking.com reservation and make a new one. Room was also not well cleaned
