We love the outdoor pool

Room was clean and had great amenities, to include a small kitchenette with a large refrigerator with a nice ice maker and a 2-burner stove. It was like a small apartment with a living room that could close off from the bedroom. Has a great free breakfast bar. A very nice pool with ample seating and shade. Also has a nice seating area by the pool with gas grills for usage and a fire pt. We were very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it. Price was very affordable too, which caused me to have doubts about it until we checked in a saw how nice it is.

The hotel needs updating. The room was spacious but just felt old and tired. It was also noisy. Like you can hear the highway. We could also hear a small dog barking in the room next to us. We got off of the elevator one morning and were greeted by a woman standing in the hallway with a large pit bull. We were on the second floor and could hear the people above us walking around as if we were in an old house. The floors were creaking. There also seemed to be a shortage of bath towels. We were provided two, one for each of us and when we asked for additional towels we were told that the “laundry wasn’t done”. I’m not so sure that we’d stay here again. Maybe after a remodel. And what’s with the dogs!?

Overall Not value for the cost

This location feels more like you're staying in a vacation cottage than a hotel. It was very quiet and relaxing. We loved the 1br suite with a separate bedroom space and full kitchen. The pool and gym areas were small but just right. Highly recommend!

Ice machine in fridge was a little slow.

Pretty nice place to stay. Clean rooms. The breakfast wasn't fantastic but it was decent and the staff kept everything stocked and wiped up. We needed to use the pullout and there were clean sheets, pillow, and blanket in the closet. Plenty of washclothes, towels, etc. Didn't talk to the front desk staff too much but they were polite and got me checked in/out quickly. I'd stay there again.

Flight was canceled, ove that they had a room available to cover 5 of us at a decent price! Breakfast was included and pool was a great temperature! Love everything!

The hotel is next to a highway. We heard traffic noise all night long. Earplugs and a noise machine should have been provided.

The staff was very accommodating, professional and helpful despite a change in our reservation.

Exceptional

We got the room well B4 the check-in time. Hotel was very well maintained and clean. Located close to the hi-way, and a decent breakfast included.

The breakfast was great and the room was very clean and updated

The air conditioning was not working in room 124, so after 2 nights we moved to 118. It did not work either; another hot night. The next morning we were offered a fan. No. So we moved to 116. By then the weather had cooled in any event. No compensation offered. At breakfast Sunday, the toaster was broken, on one side, so there was an line and the buffet had mostly low or empty hot food pans. I am a Bonvey member and was quite disappointed.

Excellent attention from all the staff

Stay at this hotel alot. Usually the beds are very comfortable. This room's bed was hard. Also, we could hear the neighbors next door and above.

We stayed in a junior suite, it was ok. The shower had zero to no pressure. We were situated next to some kind of machinery or pipes, we heard clanking, rumbling, humming all night. With small children the sudden noises were not ideal. The staff was very pleasant though.
