I dont think the sheets were clean- other peoples hair was in them...benefit of the doubt that it was from someone's very curly black beard and not their nethers...but by the look of it, I think I took an L on that one. The shower was dirty and had spiders in the curtain, the sink also wouldnt stop dripping, and the lights would flicker a lot at night. No issues with the staff though.

It’s was spacious and super clean!

The bed was comfortable There was a dog barking in the room next door (I assume it had been left unattended for hours) from around 6am through 11am. There was a weird smell in the hallways and in the elevator.

I didn’t realize that there was no hair dryer or coffee in the room . I would have probably stayed somewhere else .

I felt safe, but upon arriving on my floor, I could smell a rancid smell in the hallway, then was disappointed that the smell pervaded my room. I turned the a/c unit on and let it run when I went out which helped a bit, but the smell continued throughout the night.

Friendly and Attentive staff!!! Not informing long term stays when prices suddenly SKI ROCKET due to surrounding events in the area. Please work on that we had to move out twice because of this. Not in your control I’m sure:)))

Brother sed had take tiles down get new ones. Work down there at the time wasn't friendly. When check in they sed i don't pay i did on line. Trying tell me to call were i booked my stay at. I show them it pad. Woman Finley get it . They didn't know what there doing. So ill pass stay there again. It was not around down town. Bed were good.
