Location, cleanliness They no longer rent rooms?

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The location is excellent close to the hospital we needed. parking was conveniently on the same floor as the room.

I loved the area it is located in. Everything you need is in walking distance. The entire building, especially the court yard makes you feel like you are on vacation in another country. I will definitely be booking again. I did not like how you can tell a difference from the resident floors and the guest floors. The walls and furniture could really use a deep cleaning.

Everything was so simple prior to because I received everything via email. I followed the instructions and did the same checking out.

Everything Nothing, everything was perfect

We were going to a concert at the pavilion walking distance and there were not a lot of places to stay the night in the area. I liked the location and the balcony. I tried to get in the garage twice and just about got stuck trying to turnaround. It would have been nice to know that you have to check in before going to the garage.

Modern apartment feel. Location & parking were good. The reservation & check-in process are too extensive.

Location was excellent for Merriweather pavilion Very loud! You can hear everyone on the floor coming and going at all hours. The loud music in the courtyard that could be heard clearly from the 4th floor with windows closed was a nuisance. Our thermostat was locked until 630am so it was unbearably hot in our room all night.

The location was perfect for the venue Apartment was okay restaurants was close I even found a restaurant that had Gluten free food called Busboys and poets that was pretty good staff there was really nice. Staff were really nice but the apartment walls were a little dirty. Way Different vibe this time it was okay I would give it a 61/2 out of 10

Very convenient to lots food options and in walking distance to Meriwether Pavilion Bathroom sink was very slow to drain

I loved the room and it's feeling of relaxation and peace The bed was a little small for my wife and I

But i’m yet to get my refunds of the payment debited . Your service is excellent

The location was the selling point. We were here for a concert at Merriweather Pavillion and the hotel being within walking distance was extremely convenient. The lack of amenities on site after hours. We were looking to get water at 8pm - there are no ice machines, vending machines, or stores inside the building. There are some restraunts outside but at that time, only the bars were still open. No where to get a bottle of water. That was kind of frustrating. A simple vending machine would solve that issue. The room itself was nice, but the mattress was awful. It was like sleeping on a trampoline. Every small move made loud squeaks and woke us up constantly through the night and was very uncomfortable.

Pool was not open No dining area or table and chairs to eat meals as depicted on booking

I did noticed that the bathroom could’ve been a little clearer. We did find hair on one of the towel . Nothing else was wrong. We will come again
