The high spot of my stay were the "instant on" hot water; it worked. Otherwise, this has been my worst hotel stay. If ever there was a hotel that had rooms that required renovation, this is it. Black mold on the bathroom walls, refrigerators that were so frost filled as to make the freezer un-useable, one odor in the halls and a different odor in my room! The room service schedule provided one visit from cleaning staff for a 7 day visit, which fell on the second morning.

AC good, parking felt unsafe. Hotel public areas were filthy, room adequate. Bathroom badly maintained, roaches in room. Shower dripping, dryer not working. Vents filthy, mini fridge and trays in cafeteria very dirty along with serving utensils. Garbage cans in common areas filthy. Floors clean. Sheets clean.

This is a sad, tired, run down place. The bathroom ceiling was caving in. The electric switch for the entry light needs to be replaced. I had to unscrew the lightbulb for the nightstand lamp to turn off the light b/c the switch didn’t work. I don’t think the AC worked great, b/c the air was damp and musty. Breakfast bar was minimal: 2 cereals to choose from; there were a total of 3 yogurts in the fridge; frozen breakfast burritos to put in the microwave; highlight - make your own waffles. The place needs a LOT of TLC. There’s nothing against the folks who work there. They seemed nice. But the owner really needs to invest in his/her property. It desperately some a makeover.

The room did have a large TV, but unfortunately every channel was slightly fuzzy, so it wasn't enjoyable to watch. The only real positives were that the room included a microwave and a refrigerator, which were convenient. Overall, the room did not meet basic standards for cleanliness or maintenance, and I would not choose to stay here again.

I had reservations for 2 nights and after the first night we packed up and got out of there and just got a better hotel room. Even the ice machine did not put out large cubes. The water filter probably has never been changed.

While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was sufficient. The bed was firm and comfortable, and we slept well. However, there was a house centipede we had to kill one night. Also, if the smell of weed bothers you, beware that the lobby and hallways smell of weed. Also, the parking out front is very tight and limited, especially if you come in late at night. There is parking on the side and back, which is what we usually choose to do so that our car didn't get hit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was ok but had several pieces of laminate flooring coming up. Also they dryer did t work in the laundry facility and the snack machine was also not working.

Location near my pm event. Very competitive price as I usually use Air BNB but could not find an affordable one near the event to avoid extensive driving to & from Social Venue, I am quite internationally well travelled and great with communication. However when one calls in and even at Check In, staff find communication challending. Online it said the free breakfast on Sunday closes at 10am. I went down and was told it closed at 9pm. I am diabetic so had to deal with breakfast on my own before my day started still in area before 1hr drive back home. Better advertisement & public information recommended. Also the bathroom shower curtain inadequate so floor got wet & I needed to use bath towels over those wet areas. Thank you.

The location

This can't be rated a two-star hotel! Everything looked so old, run down, needing a replacement. Room had a cracked floor, a dresser that looked like a college kid had left it out on the street after years Etc

Warm water. Woke up to a big puddle of water under the a/c told the front desk. We were in a hurry to get to to our show, but had to move everything out to a new room. Which made us miss part of our show. I asked for partial reimbursement there was nothing. Later when I was talking to the front desk guy a cockroach was crawling up the wall. I asked him is that a cockroach? He said yeah it didn't bother him at all. The floor on the second floor was so sick while we walked down the hallway it smelled of mold. I would not suggest staying there. The continental breakfast was probably the worst I've ever had the eggs came in a wrapper that looked like a frozen burrito they had a couple pastries some coffee and juice and a waffle maker.

The property needs a major renovation . The carpets on the hallways are old with damp smell. The floor on my room is oneven with cracked floor board. The a/c in my room was dripping water into the room causing a small pool of water on the floor. Called front desk and she offered me extra towels to clean. That the cleaners have closed for the day.
