Stale food at breakfast. I’m still fighting for my refund for the night that I didn’t stay. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Racist staff was unpleasant and rude. They put out stale food at breakfast. Hotel is run down and needs renovation.

It was only a matter of time before their racism came out. They sold the room I was in while I was in it and never gave me the option to extend. I had been in the room for over a week and they literally came to my door well after noon had passed and woke me up saying that I had to switch rooms or check out. I explained how I had been there over a week in that same room and I even had a reservation for the next day, but they said I reserved a different type of room. I been paying them for over a week, so I just asked them to change the reservation, but they refused. I told them that even without a reservation I still should be given the option to extend before check out because that’s how hotels normally work. They always ask you if you are staying or checking out. No hotel just sells the room you’re in before you even have the option. So I checked out and now it’s the next day and they’re refusing to give me my money back. Horrible people, horrible service, horrible hotel.

Room and hotel did not smell the greatest

We checked in around 11pm, The room was as if someone checked out earlier, the carpet was not vacuumed. In the bathroom on the shower head was a used face cloth. Toilet paper was almost finished, we had to ask for one in the morning. In the dining area, fridge was dirty inside from Saturday morning when we went for breakfast and Sunday as well. Sunday breakfast, coffee machine out of order, no coffee, also ran out of yogurt, the staff lady refused to refill for people, she also said we should use the room coffee machines to make our coffee.

It need to be shut down

Staff are not helpful, front drsk was too busy usung their phone and could not give us new towels/toiletry. No 24hr service. No hot water and the brekfast area is dirty

Gross dirty carpeting in hallways, cracked &dirty floors in room & breakfast was well below reasonable expectations

Nothing Smelled horrible. room was absolutely disgusting . I didn’t end up staying there, and was supposed to get a refund, and never did .

Dirty, dirty, dirty entire property needs a deep clean & updating

They have quite good breakfast like pancakes. Eggs. Yogurt. A lot of selections It was poorly maintained. Walking in the hallway, it smells so bad like moldy carpet. When we got in the room. The smell inside the room is horrible. Like a moldy dirty carpet. I hope they just take out the carpets. The bathroom is rundown. Though it works. Then the bed, it was infested with bugs. We were all itching the whole night and could not sleep! My poor son woke up with bug bites. Like really bad! Pls you have to upgrade your facilities and clean the beds.

The entrance dirty room smells smoke I really don’t want go back first and last time

Price Desperately needs to be remodeled. Looks like 1980 model.

Clean room. Entry to first room assigned failed so given another. Has 2 floors but no elevator. Older building but said to be undergoing renovations. Helpful staff pointed out late night eateries within half a mile.A/c worked great. Parked right in front!

Staff was helpful room was clean hallways could use some cleaning

There was a men working inside the hotel with no shirt and the manager was so disrespectful and he did not have any patience at all

Cheap Hallways stinks. Bathroom was rusted. Door was clunky and loose and did not seem secure. Same for windows, seemed so loose could easily be forced open. Place needs some maintenance for sure.
