Breakfast was great. Room was clean and spacious. We would stay there again.

Convenient parking, staff was helpful. Rooms was clean.

There were overlooked details in our room that needed additional attention. The room had been vacuumed, but there was much noticeable dirt in the corners of the room. Also there were stains on the bed covering. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast had many options. We stayed one night, and it was ok for a quick in and out.

It was clean, breakfast was good. Great for an overnight spot on a long trip.

Safe for travel nurses

We were fairly impressed until the TV didn't have a picture only sound. I called the front desk, no answer. I called again, no answer so I went to the front desk for help and was told someone would be up to take a look at the issue. We waited 30 minutes without a visit or call to explain someone was still coming. I started to go through the tv settings to address the issue and was luckily able to get it working. I waited another half hour for someone to attend to the matter. I called the front desk from my cell phone, got someone on the phone who then told me he was the person coming to take care of the problem. Ticked off after being ignored and having to call from other than the hotel phone, I said it was handled, no need to come up now. He still wanted to take a look and I insisted he forget about it. Can't comment on the pool or breakfast because we missed both. Overall, we slept comfortably. May not stay here again, but you never know.

My one night stay at this Best Western was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy.

The location was good to where we needed to be. Our room was full of black ants, so we woke up with them crawling all over us.

The person at the front desk and house keeping found my wallet and got hold of me just as I was leaving. Much appreciated.

The hotel was clean, staff very nice, quite, and the included breakfast was good

Breakfast was missing fried potatoes that was advertised. Didn't find a hot tub that was listed on the room site. The room smelled strange like it had been wet and not well dried out. Was very disappointed based on the booking rating. There were other options with similar ratings for less money. I have always had great conditions at best Western but not this one.

On the road overnight stop. Good value, and no negatives.
