Comfort Inn Columbia Lancaster

The room was dirty, there was blood on one of the sheets, and every issue that occurred, the staff had us come to the front desk to rectify the situation on our own. There were no wash cloths, only two towels when there was 3 people staying in the room...all around unacceptable. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.

Was not a good experience, very ghetto and low class. Definitely would not recommend.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The guest laundry never worked. You got 1 towel when you checked in.

The clear silicone caulk on the Bath room tub was black with mold, hall smelled like a mix for smoking and dirty socks, elevator was ancient and took forever vending machines were empty

Friendly staff. Room was open and spacious. In-room Jacuzzi was nice too.

The convience to all the atractions in the Lancaster area

No blackout curtains in room,parking lot lights beamed thru the windows. No one at check in desk,waited over 15 minutes. Common area bathrooms near pool locked and no one ever at the front desk. Not enough towels in room ,felt like I had to beg to get the appropriate amount for my family. No pool towels. Had to get get linens for the sofa bed and the sheets were heavily stained, I ended up pulling a sleeping bag out of my car and used that. Two kids were running around the hotel unattended, I believe they were staff member kids . The young lady that took care of the breakfast area was wonderful . Fire the rest if the staff and promote her.

The room was filthy upon checkin. We had to call for new linens and there were no towels provided. Hair in the shower and on the bed, floor was not vacuumed, and the room was dusty and the curtains were falling down. Upon calling, I was told I could accept a refund and find another hotel or a 20% off discount for inconvenience- I accepted the discount in order to get some rest but the discount was not provided in the morning. Avoid this hotel.

The toasted English Muffin. My 1st room had black mold in bathroom, foot prints on the comforter, hair on the floor and smelt like hell. 2nd room had no mold but was very musty and disgusting. My allergies were off the wall from the humidity and grossness of the hotel. By the Ice machine was dirty clothes in bags on the floor. NO condiments in the machines. Charging $2 for a water is disgusting since you can get 24 waters for $3 in the supermarket. PLEASE DON"T THINK ABOUT STAYING IN THIS CRAP HOLE. Spend $20 more and save your health, time and aggravation this place will cause. Not worth allergies it causes and bad for your health.
