Comfort Inn Columbia Lancaster

Room was very dirty to say the least. In the bathroom the Paint was running off the wall and drywall was running from what I can only assume is water damage bathroom had a very weird smell too it as well. The room looked as if it was never clean. Pet hair was all over everything all the surface and handles to everything and a sticky feeling and residue on it. The chair for the workspace looked as if someone and dumbed yougurt or something all over it. The bed was filthy stains on all the bedding materials of all colors brown red paw prints stained into the blankets. Pillows were yellow white and brown. Mini fridge didn’t even close all the way. The carpet was pulled up off the floor could see the floor under the carpets. The pool was cloudy to the put you couldn’t see the bottom and you could smell the urine in the air. When we went to the front desk to try to talk to someone was given a business card for the manager and we end up staying at other hotel close by thankfully they where a lot better and the trip was totally ruined but we will never be stay or even be thinking about this hotel again

Very hot in elevators. Room not very clean. Nothing near by, everything we did, had to drive 30min to 45min away.

Room was dirty. The pool was cloudy like it hasn’t been cleaned. I had to wait each time I needed to talk to someone at the desk.

The hotel appeared run-down and in need of maintenance. There were several areas on the walls and door where the paint was chipped or missing. The shower head emitted a loud squealing noise throughout every shower. The room layout was awkward, with the sink located immediately next to the entrance door. We did not use the pool, but the pool area also appeared to be in poor condition.

Horrible es un basural las camas todas manchadas el baño lleno de moho las ventanas llenas de hongos un asco como hice el check in a los dos segundos hice el check out , y todavía los muy atrevidos no me devolvieron el dinero estoy con un caso abierto así q estén alejados de esta pocilga , tuve q salir a buscar hotel a las 10 de la noche con mi familia y otros padres ya que habíamos alquilado por un campeonato que teníamos en Pensilvania y a todos nos hicieron lo mismo seguimos esperando la devolución , el banco ya está al tanto de este fraude y expido a esta trabajando para hacerles devolver el dinero

I don't normally leave negative reviews, even if something wasn't the best, but I really think people need to know what they are spending their money on. This hotel is truly gross. The smell is pungent (mold, mildew), the carpets are visibly disgusting, and the entire building needs a severe remodeling. We asked about changing rooms, and the employee literally said, "All the rooms smell like that." I wish I was joking. The toilet was clogged when we tried to use it, and the employee handed me a plunger with TP still all over it to go take care of it myself. The head cleaning person's only method of communication to other employees was constant profanity at the volume with which you could follow their conversation from across the hotel. I will say, the AC's were ice cold, and the coffee wasn't bad. I still would never stay here again for the prices they charge, at the quality of the stay. Stay away.

Arrived on Friday for a 2 night stay. Both beds had stained blankets. The chair in the room was stained kinda look like someone was murdered in it. Went to the desk and they offered me new sheets that it. And just handed them to me. Didn’t ask to see the room or nothing. Offered a full clean service in the morning. We left at 8am togo to a basketball tournament near by. Returning at 3pm to the room in the same condition. The only compliment i have is the girl working the breakfast was cleaning up everything during the entire time of the breakfast duration. I do not recommend stay here.

The staff was very helpful - friendly. The place showed its age. The elevator smelled and floor level light indicators were not operational. The room has only small towel - had to go to front desk for additional towel. The lobby, elevator and hallways were very warm. You could here the ice machine that was across the hallway in your room when it was it use. There are a few floor level rooms used for storage that had junk piled up against the front windows - that made a great first impression right there.

They had bed bugs I asked for my money back and had to leave in the middle of the night they still have not given me a refund

It was uncomfortable and myself and son were bit by bed bugs Being bit by bed bugs and the uncleanliness and smelled like mildew and my son has asthma and sleep apnea

Loud dog and loud noises for most of the 2 nights there.
