Clean room

Staff was amazing but the property itself was kinda run down and not the cleanest. Pool was nice and the location of the hotel. Also hot breakfast was promised and never happened. The staff were all super amazing just wish things would have been better.

Hal the manager was the most helpful and most, if not only memorable part of this hotel experience. The room we received, was not the room that I booked, but due to over booking, we were stuck in no refund available. Poole was decent and quiet. Location is awesome with delicious ice cream next-door.

The location was good. The staff were helpful The elevator didn't work very well. The wifi was very poor. The breakfast was poor.

There was mini golf course and ice cream place next door The room was small and very uncomfortable, outdated , the air conditioning system sounded like i was in a factory very loud, the toilet clogged , called downstairs no answer went down guy was sitting at desk , handed me a plunger in a bag , and I had to go up plunge my own toilet put said plunger back in bag and take back downstairs and hand to the guy at the front counter, very disgusting, not to mention why did I have to plunge my own toilet. , if that is the case plunger should be in evry room... also ELEVATOR WAS VERY SKETCHY AND DOOR DIDNT WORK PROPERLY, AS WELL AS no elevator certifications.

Nothing. We left 30 mins after check in. Bed bugs in every room. Bed bugs everywhere. Be aware. Seems to be an ongoing problem here.

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. I wish their pillows were a bit more firm.

This property cancelled my reservation at 10PM and when I arrived at 10:06, they refused to honor the price I had originally booked for. If you book here, call ahead for check-ins after 10PM. The website says nothing about this policy.

The room was clean. The smell of cleaning fluid was very strong.

Availability, comfortable and great hospitality. The morning breakfast was basically non-existent!! There was nothing except coffee and oatmeal,, no bagels, no cereal, no fruit, nothing!!

Front Desk Staff was welcoming, engaging, kind

Spacious, clean room. The hotel guest were a little loud and cooked some sort of seafood but besides that it was a great place to stay. Our room was at the end of the hallway and near the exit, great spot! Hal, at the front desk was very kind and helpful!

Nice hotel. The staff are fantastic. They are generous, friendly and kind.

Friendly personal Couch in room was so old, it was a challenge to get up from it. No dishes in room ,had to ask for them Television was BOLTED down to the dresser Bed was more like a double, instead of of a queen

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The grounds were nicely kept. Didn’t like that there wasn’t any dinnerware in the kitchen , no paper towels or coffee pot. The location was not as close as expected to where we wanted to visit.
