Heritage Hotel Lancaster

Always a great stay, we will be back. This was our 3rd stay this year. Ernie who works the front desk is a great asset to the hotel. Always has a smile on his face and makes a great cup of coffee. None of that k cup stuff.

Exceptional

We spent a total of about 40 minutes at the hotel. When I told the person at the front desk we were leaving and why, he said “okay,” as if he’s used to people checking in for a two-night stay and leaving before the sun goes down the first night. He didn’t offer any compensation or refund. For the price of the room, we expected it to be clean, sanitary, and comfortable. We were disappointed, and we can’t recommend.

Too pricey for low level hotel

The location was very convenient. We went to an evening show at the Dutch Apple Theater which just right up the hill. We only had a one night stay but the run was clean and the person at the front desk was very friendly.

Older but clean hotel. No smell, very small bathroom with no where to hang your wet towel. Bed was good with no obvious dip in the middle. Not much light in the room overall though, just entryway, the bedside and desk light. Water temp and pressure excellent, shower tub very clean! Worth the price. Do not pay $16 for the breakfast, you will be very disappointed.

The breakfast buffet was good and fairly priced.

The rooms were a bit outdated but very clean. The pool was refreshing and enjoyable. The staff at the front desk were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went through 3 rooms before we found one that didn’t smell like pot or the air conditioner didn’t work then she gave us a room with two queen beds instead of the king we asked for we had to call about the TV cause it didn’t work.

Walking to our room, I noticed big stains on the hallway carpets. Our room was clean but our toilet wasn't flushing properly, but we were promptly given another room. The hotel is great for one or two nights, the pool is inviting, and there is a restaurant attached. There is a friendlys, a Dunkin and a supermarket within walking distance.

The pool was very very clean. The rooms are very dated and the rugs were dirty. The location is good.

Front desk worker was lovely! Great having the restaurant on site and the $10 credit was much appreciated!

Somewhat older hotel a few minutes from Lancaster. The attached restaurant/bar is newer and is very popular. Outdoor swimming pool is good for kids.

Loved the hotel location, restaurant on site, and the staff was extremely helpful!

Clean room and nice front desk staff

Breakfast is not included, but there are options nearby. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, which has good food and friendly employees. This is NOT an updated property; it will never be confused with a big-city hotel, and the rooms are smaller than we were accustomed to. But for the price, it is a nice place to stay.
