Heritage Hotel Lancaster

Check in was easy, quick, counter person very nice, helpful! Rooms were clean, comfortable. Bathtubs very slippery when using body wash. Need slip strips inside tubs...held on to bath/shower bars, but still slipped..not safe!

Will definitely stay again when in Lancaster!

Definitely an older property, but well-maintained, clean, friendly staff, with a nice pub/restaurant attached. Will stay here again.

Great Location & Customer Service

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was small, but shower head was great. Planning on staying at this hotel again.

Excellent experince, looking forward to our next visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We ate lunch at the restaurant and I can't say enough good about it. It was so good.

This is our preferred hotel when we come to the area. It’s clean, quiet, rooms are nice, staff is friendly. Hotels in the area are so expensive but this one is reasonable. We stayed 4 nights this time so we could enjoy more of Lancaster County. This trip was the first time we had the breakfast buffet and it was delicious, and our waitress was so nice.

Good place I reccomend

Don’t order online from the restaurant they gave me no fries no honey or goat cheese on a honey goat burger and no bbq on bbq burger. Had to go back to get fries and put the cheese on myself. One cool thing about hotel is the windows actually open for good air being it’s musty and the heat and ac are awesome gets really hot or really cold, toilet good suction. Beds hurt our backs too soft, water pressure amazing. The hotel staff when entering stated don’t ask questions because I don’t know. Didn’t try buffet because still was expected to pay even though they royally messed up my dinner, didn’t have faith breakfast wouldn’t set my day off bad. Room service button on phone is for show doesn’t work also if you want an alarm look in the drawer next to bed didn’t see til the end. Otherwise overall stay not bad.

We stay here once a year when we come up for the PA Renn faire. Loxleys is always great. Hotel staff always friendly, room AC always ice cold & never have any issues. Will continue to stay here over the years. Recommend for sure.

We arrived at 1230 and they let us in our room early. Amazing restaurant attached to it and Dutch Apple dinner theatre next door.

Great little hotel we loved the attached restaurant/ bar and the pool was kept very clean. One thing I would suggest or just say is we had friends in a different room and they were out right next to a very vocal dog. I love that the hotel is pet friendly but they expressed the dog was not the maximum weight requirement (it was much over) and not having an animal themselves they couldn’t really relax. I think having a section of the hotel that pet only would be a great option. Other than that the staff was very friendly food at breakfast and the restaurant where great I would definitely recommend but advice to ask for a room away from any pets

Helpful staff, beautiful grounds, good food at the restaurant. It would be better if breakfast was included instead of 16.99 per person. Couldn't even get coffee. Luckily there was a Dunkin Donuts nearby.

Clean and modern. Plenty of parking. Very nice restaurant attached to the hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly.

No complaints no problem checking in clean room easy ample parking, restaurant connected to hotel had good food and drink.

Always a great stay, we will be back. This was our 3rd stay this year. Ernie who works the front desk is a great asset to the hotel. Always has a smile on his face and makes a great cup of coffee. None of that k cup stuff.
