Sleep Inn & Suites of Lancaster County

The hot tub was closed without informing us.They were very nasty to us because we were in. They never informed us that it was closed. As seniors we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub.

Next to it was a unique ice cream place that was very cozy with all the colorful umbrellas and table. And they also served food.

The room was clean ,the breakfasts left a lot to be desired and the woman that took care of it on the weekdays was less t han hospitable.

Close to the interstate and breakfast was included. Maybe think about putting something outside for people to hang out at. That way you're not in the room all night.

Property did have what was advertised and was in a fairly convenient location but, none of the exercise equipment worked and we found 2 large bugs in the room. The bed was made daily but the tissue and toilet paper weren't refilled. Also, the same piece of lint remained on the bathroom floor for our entire stay.

A group of us stayed and all agreed that next time we are in the area we will definitely book again. Clean, easy and great area.

Exceptional

The staff was friendly and welcoming during my stay. My room, sheets, towels, and bathroom were generally clean, and the location was convenient for getting around. The parking lot and lobby were acceptable, and I appreciated that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and a waffle maker at breakfast. However, there were several areas that need improvement. When I first entered my room, there was a noticeable odor similar to an old, damp carpet, and the hallways had a similar smell. The heating unit also had a slight burning smell when turned on. The mattresses in my room appeared worn out, and I woke up with back and side pain during my stay. While other rooms may have more comfortable beds, the bed in my room was not comfortable. The property overall feels outdated and could benefit from renovations, especially replacing the carpets and upgrading the elevator. Breakfast was disappointing because food choices were limited, and items often ran out quickly. I would have liked to see more hot options, such as eggs, turkey sausage, and hash browns, especially for guests who do not eat pork. During my four-day stay, I only saw cold boiled eggs available.

Location was good. Staff was nice Room had a heavy bleach smell. Pool wasn’t heated as it said on website. Breakfast was low quality. Shower was old.

Convenient to location of event we were attending. Safe area. Room smelled like mildew. Bleach smell in the pool area was overwhelming.

Breakfast was okay could have had a little more variety Bathroom was clean and looked updated The chair in the room was stained badly and the desk chair was ripped made the room feel less desirable

The convenience of the location and the price. There were what appeared to be bloodstains on my sheets, on both beds and on the pillowcases as well. It kind of grossed me out. I've stayed at this location before and everything was great. So I must say I was a little disappointed.

Stayed one night. Just for a place to sleep. Breakfast was not impressive but it filled the void. Coffee was really awful though.

Coffee The place is run down . Smelled mildew the room was dirty the carpets were dirty. Some of the lights didn't work. Toilets was running.
