Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lancaster Amish Country

This hotel was awful! It was not clean. Our first room had blood stains on the blanket on the bed,the bathroom was dirty and the room had a musty smell. We asked for an alternate room and our new room was just as awful. It was dirty, the air conditioner made extremely loud noises and when my husband tried to change the air flow the cover fell off. We were horrified to see the a/c air filter completely soiled in dirt and dust, the inside cover was saturated with black dust and dirt as well. In addition, there were gambling machines in the lobby that were being played all night long and making noises ( loud music). We could not sleep! My husband attempted to eat breakfast the hotel was offering and that was terrible too! Needless the say, this hotel will not be a recommended place to stay for anybody. Save your money- dint stay here!

The staff is nice and helpful.

We loved our overnight stay. Easy to access 1st floor room. Very clean room, comfy bed & pillows. I needed ice, staff gave me a bucket & bag and helped me locate ice machine. Breakfast is continental. Muffins cereal yogurt fruit and delicious waffles. Free which is a huge plus. Easy to find location and 1 minute away from Dutch Apple dinner theater which was our reason for the trip. Already booked another room for next Dutch Apple show late October and again to visit Sight and Sound theater in early October.

The breakfast was not good, only bread, pancakes and muffin. To drink Black coffee (was good) and juice . I missed bacon and eggs and other cakes. The parking lot has a lot of spots to park. The room was clean.

Room was spacious and beds comfortable. There were bugs in the shower and the handle for the shower was broken. It was fine for the price

It was an okay hotel. Nothing exceptional. I needed a room for the night and it suited the need.

Location was good. Breakfast looked good but we did not eat there. Room was generally clean. Appreciated the affordable option! The bathroom flooring (grout) was pretty dirty. The pillows were strange - 1/2 size and filled with foam squares? No elevator we could find. Breakfast area was so small it was hard to eat there - wish they had some fruit options!

The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was non existent. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. The bathroom was gross, the floor tile needs scrubbing and a tile that is uneven, caught my toe and i spent a day and a half gimping around our vacation. The only trash can in the room was super small and used to keep the bathroom door open. The toilet paper holder is broken. All of the walls , doors and ceilings need scrubbed. The soap and shower bottles were empty AND grimy. I always thought Days in, especially a Wyndham, would be better. Shame on this place for taking money for this place. And you should check the fire evacuation paper on the back of the door s on the 2nd floor. They do not even show the 2nd floor at all. This place needs a complete redo. Why no dressers?! Stay away from this place . Far far away. I would give this place a 1.5 as the bed was comfortable, but had a MASSIVE stain they tried to hide by flipping the mattress. You could still see it down the side.

The bathroom had hair on the floor from a previous guest? The conditioner provided was completely empty.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained.The staff was friendly,welcoming throughout our stay.

Hotel was not great. I found little bugs crawling on my tv stand when I woke up. The tub water control was on its last leg so you had to play with it to get hot and cold water. I also saw a bug crawling on my bathroom floor.

All was good thank you again.

We were here for a one night stay. Our room did not have a blow dryer, as was listed on the website. Overall the accommodations are good
