Very nice large room. Comfortable beds. Quiet location.

We missed breakfast, since we were not told the hours. Staff only spoke when spoken too.

The bathroom was quite dirty. There was hair on the floor from the previous guest. Behind the toilet and behind the door of the bathroom there was dust grime and hair. It smelled clean but apparently those spots were overlooked.

Checked in and as soon as we walked in a bug ran across the floor. I was able to step on it enough to not squish it totally. I picked it up with a tissue and took it to the front desk. The guy instantly said it was a roach and without another word he moved us to another room. The new room was a suite but was in horrible condition. Overall very disappointed with the hotels condition but worse yet was how dirty the rooms were. The pictures they use look good and the reviews looked ok but that’s far from reality. I’d pay extra to stay anywhere else but here again.

It was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. If I had to offer a critique, I would say that the carpet in my room had some PROPER stains on it. Breakfast was adequate, but I would not put in up against other hotel breakfasts. If I put those two things to the side, it was a smooth stay.

staff was nice. check in pleasant check out pleasant. room was dirty. Brown roaches in room. Had to throw away my travel bag because I was afraid to bring brown roaches home with me. brown roaches in bathroom on the light above the bathroom sink. brown roaches on the desk top.

Staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

The breakfast lacks any type of protein. Bananas only available one of the 5 morning we were there. When service was requested on our room, only towels were changed. No general cleaning or bed made. Door stopper was left in the middle of the floor to be tripped on.

location was convenient, bed was comfortable and clear of bed bugs first room given to me had a broken/inoperable deadbolt with a missing piece, room also reeked of cigarettes. let the front desk know and was asked if the other lock worked, before i was offered another room.

Located well for our travel plans Breakfast choices were very limited
