Nothing Everything else. Poor neighborhood, very unclean, poor ac unit, poor bathroom, overall a garbage hotel.

The room was absolutely filthy. There was hair on the shower walls and dirty wash clothes laying on top of the shower. There were 2 bugs on the wall as soon as I walked in. The blanket was disgusting and dirty. The TV was broken. The plates were wet and dirty that were "clean" in the drawer. It smelled like dog and smoke. It was an awful experience and I will never be staying there again.

Bedding was extremely dirty The front desk girls Has to change my bedding no other staff was on site. Gym was a joke and the hotel smelled like mildew

The pool was down and we were unable to get the suite we really wanted but our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing. Especially Brandi at the desk was wonderful Like I said the pool was down and unable to book the room I really wanted but other than that it was an excellent place

The room was clean. The first night the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. We told the front desk person in the morning. It was fixed when we returned later.

Friendly, welcoming staff Room was not very clean. Microwave was dirty with old food. Bathroom towels were dingy. Bathroom lotion, hand soap, body wash etc empty containers. Kleenex tissues empty box.

Bed was comfy, rooms were clean and comfortable. Very nice studio rooms have a kitchen/electric stove top, never seen that before in a hotel!! Will definitely stay again if needed.

The place was not what I expected esp for the price. The room was clean but the first room we got the door didn’t latch shut or lock. The second room was better , but bathroom didn’t latch shut, the shampoo etc dispensers in the shower was all fallen apart. The shower gel didn’t even pump. There were only 2 sets of thin towels for a room that was available for 4 people and there was a sink hole by the rain sewer drain in the parking lot. Again, an average middle of the road hotel, not what I expected from this brand/chain or for the price.

Management and the front desk are not helpful and rude.

We have stayed here several times when in Millersville, but each time the rooms have looked older (not maintained) and dirtier. I would choose a different hotel next time.

Well located for our purposes of searching potential homes to buy as we prepare to relocate to Lancaster, PA Very, very dated… shower curtain torn, refrigerator making constant noises keeping one up at night, toilet seat not fastened to toilet, toilet not fastened to floor, TV picture frequently ‘freezing-up’, no TV guide indicating what programs are available for viewing on TV, limited flatware (1 fork, 1 knife, 0 teaspoons, 4 tablespoons), front door makes very loud noise when closing, lobby has PC for guest use, but printer doesn’t function because printer cartridge has not been replaced, listing of nearby restaurants very, very poor and not kept up-to-date and front desk staff not very knowledgeable or helpful.

From check-in to check-out, the stay was flawless!

Garbage can under the sink in our room was completely full of garbage when we checked in. They only offered completely coffee. This isn’t necessary the hotels fault, but the people in the room above ours were extremely noisy. I’m pretty sure they were bouncing a basketball on the floor! I will give the staff credit that when I called to complain, they did stop for a little while. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful.

The room accomidation. The bathroom wasn't really clean. Hairs from previous occupant were visible on the floor and counter top. The shower head had hard water stains and there were indications of moldy spots along the corners of the shower and soap area. There were stains on the chair underneath the cushion.
