Candlewood Suites - Lancaster West by IHG

Spacious, comfortable and fresh. Good location. No frills. Well priced.

Superb

There was a dish in the cabinet that was dirty. The tub and chips on it and the table in the living room area looked worn. Overall the place was clean. The staff at check in was very nice and one of the staff helped with working the TV remote on the Samsung smart TV. I bought a breakfast sandwich for $3 and it was inedible - it was lousy. You need to get some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches.

I like the location. Far enough from crowded Lancaster but close enough to get there in 15 mins. I like the size of the room. The little store down stairs with free coffee and tea There's not much I didn't like

tv remote did not work well

Outstanding value

My room was clean and it was great for the one night which I stayed.

Property sits along an industrial area yet near to gas and food. Close to exit off highway. Suite rooms are nicely laid out with comfy beds and large fluffy towels. Good hot water for showers. Contact with every employee was pleasant and positive. We experienced a strange sound from the refrigerator, turns out it was the ice maker! Good value Only place to roll suitcases was at the handicap spot. Would be nice to have at front entrance a ramp for everyone. Only one chair for dining. The recliner does not count as a chair suitable for eating, we managed.

Kitchenette, desk, comfy bed Didn’t let site know pool closed, carpet feels dirty on bare feet, upstairs stomping, staff didn’t help me open door and help with cart , while I was struggling, just walked by

We lost electricity for a few hours and no one came or addressed the issue until we walked down the dark staircase to go get any information .

Exceptional

The size of the room and the location of where everything is in this town is very convenient. The staff are helpful and nice whenever they are available.

Very good

I did not try the breakfast. The bed was probably the best bed. I have slept in in 10 years at any place I have stayed at. It was absolutely fantastic. The entire suite was super clean and very nice. The fact that there was a full standup refrigerator was amazing.

I didn't like that the pool was closed

Very good

Very remote location for my needs. The hotel was quiet and staff helpful The shower controls needed repair. There was no room tidy service without requesting it.

Exceptional

Free laundry facilities.

The police had to talk to the people staying across the hall from me. There was a woman running through the halls shrieking at the top of her lungs. It was some kind of domestic violence stuff. Im not going to be returning.
