The police had to talk to the people staying across the hall from me. There was a woman running through the halls shrieking at the top of her lungs. It was some kind of domestic violence stuff. Im not going to be returning.

No breakfast. Well appointed kitchen. Spacious clean updated hotel room. Decent gym. Helpful staff. I really enjoyed my stay. 4.5. Well done.

Nice place and clean room with icy cold air. I was disappointed that my wife and I were given two skinny-ish towels overall. But we didn't ask for more.

I was very impressed with the establishment everything was so clean I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family thank you so much.

Was a comfortable stay for a few days. The rooms could certainly use some good cleaning and some updates. Having a small kitchen is one reason we continuously choose Candlewood.

I had no issued when I stayed here. The room was clean and the staff answered all my questions and concerns (even though I didn't have many). The best part for me was the location. Everywhere I needed to go was in a 15 to 20 minute radius.

Me and my wife stayed at the candlewood suites in Lancaster PA.for 4 nights and days and we loved everything about it especially how comfortable the beds and pillows were..The room was extremely clean the bathroom and kitchen area was emacalant..the hallways and elevators were clean entry and exiting the building were easily accessible. The receptionist greeted and treated us as if we were family..we wre 15 minutes away from down town all the stores and armish market's were everything we envisioned..we just had a wonderful experience and trust and believe the next time were traveling were most definitely looking for a candlewood suites so keep the lights on for us

Not clean. Staff tried to help. Looks old and it’s a worn out hotel. Would not stay again and probably avoid Candlewood the next time.

The stay in Lancaster was good. The staff was helpful with restaurant locations and recommendations in the area.

Updated A little out of the way

Staff were friendly. It is incredibly dirty in the room. As a housekeeper myself, i give a little grace, but this was bad. The bathroom alone was….scary. Hair still in the tub, built up dust, broken door doorhandle etc. The room itself was comparable to an apartment AFTER you evict someone. In ROUGH shape.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. The room and bathroom were clean. Everything was great.

Guest pets need to be controlled so as not to impede other guests sleep. Barking dogs in the middle of the night is a no-no.
