Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbia

The Suite perfectly designed for the business traveller or a family. We had no hot water. So, shower was not used. Mattress in both beds needs to be replaced. Housekeeping failed to put a top sheet on one of the beds. Guess, I should have rated much lower. Checked out very early, did not report untii now

We were only here for one night, but we wish we could’ve stayed longer! It was a beautiful, clean, and spacious hotel room. Breakfast was pretty good. Can’t speak to the pool because it wasn’t utilized.

Clean, great location, easy access to the highways and byways.

I liked how close it was to the zoo. I liked that there was a complimentary breakfast. Never stayed the first night thought because how dirty the rooms were. My room was disgusting, it was on the 2nd floor. They gave me a new room, it was still dirty, gave me another one, it was also dirty. Both of those rooms were on the 4th floor. I had to go to a different hotel.

Breakfast was good and evening reception was nice. The fire alarm went off every hour all night long. We had to evacuate around 9 PM with all of our children from the fifth floor, which was frustrating and then being awakened all night long with the loud fire. Alarm was really frustrating. We didn’t get any apologies from the staff although otherwise I would’ve said it was a good place and I like Homewood suites.

We have loved all of our stays at Homewood Suites Greystone. Can’t wait for the whirlpool to be fixed. The pool is so warm! Please offer nondairy milk with coffee!

How close we were to everything. Breakfast and staff were nice. Lots of stains and damage to the room itself. There was a random door we believe went to the room next to us as well. All of the dishes were dirty and sitting on top of cabinets that had a good bit of water damage. There was a smell in the room as well as the floor feeling too dirty to remove shoes.

I liked everything. Hilton family hotels never disappoint

Typical hotel breakfast...rubbery scrambled eggs, not much fruit to choose from. Elevator button wouldn't work unless you pressed it just so. A staff member said, "We told them it needed to be fixed." Door to room wouldn't work. Receptionist said it needed a new battery. Sounds like there is a lot of deferred maintenance.

Great staff the room was AWESOME the breakfast was top tier! Omg their selection was top and the flavor was there too! Would definitely recommend 💯

how clean it was the location

The bathroom had a damp smell that could be addressed to improve overall freshness. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and could be upgraded for a better sleeping experience. The window curtains smelled dusty, as though they had not been cleaned or washed in a long time.

Clean, quiet and the personal small kitchen. The sink in the bathroom had a slow drain to it.

The breakfast was great! The rooms were pleasant and clean, except for the lingering smell of weed in our room (we noticed it most when we left and returned to a closed-up space). Conditions were ok. There was only one spoon in the kitchen, though, for three guests. Great potential, just a little more attention to detail would be nice.

All employees I encountered were kind. The room was musty. There were mold spots on the ceiling and water damage throughout the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom smelled as if it had been cleaned with an old stinky rag.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff is there. The rooms are clean and beds are actually comfortable.
