Tru By Hilton Columbia Greystone

Decent place for a brief stay. Very skimpy breakfast, small rooms, no daily housekeeping.

The way we were greeted when we were checking in. The Black woman was so nice and helpful The breakfast could have more options for people that don't eat pork.

She even followed up with the manager the next day about awarding HH points. Parking was free, and every staff member I encountered was polite and helpful.

Exceptional

Hotel staff was great and very friendly!

When I came back from my conference on the second day, my room was cleaned and refreshed, like I had never been there. Friendly staff. Would have liked a microwave in the room.

Great staff

It was a great property !! No microwaves in room

Exceptional

Clean room, comfortable bed. Close to Riverbend Zoo

.

Everything was fantastic, the staff was amazing. Will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay there. They night staff gentleman was so helpful with direction for my husband. Room was clean. We weren't able to enjoy breakfast because of leaving so early each morning. The morning we had to leave for our son's graduation from boot camp the night clerk was such a joy to talk with. If we are every back in that area of S. Carolina we will definitely stay there again.

Clean room, friendly staff and convenient to downtown. Only problem was guest slamming doors and not observing quiet hours.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. I was too Tito go downstairs to warm my food, so I had to throw it away.

Would like a microwave.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, decent buffet breakfast was included

Superb

Superb

I was completely happy with my stay. The staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean, my bed was comfortable, the hallways smelled good, and breakfast was so good. Oh, and it's not far from downtown but with free parking. The wall across from the elevator had information about several local places to visit which I thought was really cool. I didn't get a chance to use the pool table on this visit, but I am looking forward to it in the future. My only one qualm: I was going to walk down the stairwell but when I opened the door everything was dark and that was all it took to get a nope out of me. I look forward to booking here again.
