Breakfast was pitiful! The biscuits were hard and tasteless. Coffee was in a different room from the breakfast area. The 1st morning coffee was ok, but the 2nd morning coffee was not available because the 2 ladies working did not know how to work the machine.

Comfy for a night. Pretty quiet, liked some of the features like the light on the floor that comes on when you walk by so you can see at night without blinding yourself. Room was large. Close to lots of food options.

The location, parking, and convenience to restaurants were great. The check-in process/line was long due to staff slowness. The room smelled like someone had previously smoked in it, even though it was a non-smoking room.

Clean room, nice staff, good amount of parking. Air conditioning was good.

My stay was not the best due to me finding roaches in the sink.

The free breakfast was standard fare for a hotel in this price range. Our only complaint was the coffee. Waking up in the morning, good coffee is important to us, and this was poor quality automatic dispensed instant coffee. Up your game with a good quality brewed coffee, and your guests will thank you!

Very clean room. Staff was good.

Everything was very good with the exception of the breakfast items, as a lot thing were cold.

Our TV would not work due to no remote. Front desk associate had to come and unplug the cable.

The room was very clean & updated! Only complaint was the bathroom door! The room was designed to be more like an apartment type feel! The bathroom door was one of those sliding barn doors!! Very cute, but where the old door frame was still there, it left a huge gap so others in the room could see right in!!

The facility was unable to provide hot water during my day. We had to take a cold shower. We had to go to the nearby hotel, and all use one room and take turns taking a shower in order to have hot water not worth the money spent.
