My stay was wonderful! Very clean rooms! My only issue was being placed by the ice maker...it got loud. I am sure they would have moved me, but that wasn't so much of an issue. Very warm staff!!

Visited my son for Family weekend at USC and didn’t want to pay the outrageous hotel prices near campus so I found this hotel. Pleasantly surprised as the rooms were spacious, clean, with nice size bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed with extra pillows. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier and even let us check in a bit early. Location was good about 15-20 minutes from campus and lots of dinning options in the area. Only minor complaint is it would be nice to include shower gel along with the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Would stay here again.

Wonderful accomodations, the air conditioning was phenomenal. Parking was easy and close to the front door.

It was conveniently located There was a sound like a revving engine every minute or so. Also, there was no cream for coffee both on Saturday and Sunday morning. Also, breakfast was over an hour late on Sunday. I was relying on breakfast before I head out for the airport.

The toilet in our room was too close to the vanity and was uncomfortable. No hooks in the bathroom for towels. No drapes on the window (only privacy curtain) so we couldn’t let sun light in. Asked for extra pillows and said none were available. Really?!

The hotel was clean, service was good, staff are helpful and polite, air conditioning was really good, and there's plenty of parking.

I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfy and the shower was great. My only issue was that there weren't any sheer curtains on the first floor so I had to keep the night shade down the entire day for privacy.

This is definitely a hidden gem here in the city. This is my first time staying here and it definitely won't be my last. I've been displaced due to a house fire and this hotel really made me feel welcome. Everyone was so friendly. The only complaint I have I told the front desk staff at check-out. I don't feel a need to add it here b/c it has been taken care of. I will be booking again in a few weeks while I wait for my home to be repaired.
