The place was clean and bright. Location is perfect for restaurants and shopping needs. Breakfast was excellent and the staff handling the breakfast area made you feel at home. No complaints

Superb

We were at the Hotel for 6 nights. We chose this Hotel because it was conveniently located for our purposes. Our first room was # 406 and close to I-26. The road noise was constant and obtrusive. After the 1st night we moved to # 421 and the noise from I-26 was minimal. There was occasional noise from Columbiana Drive. However it was tolerable. The fitness room was well equipped with 3 excellent treadmills and an elliptical as well as the usual weights. It was also reasonably spacious. The downside is that the background music was intrusive and the staff said it could not be turned off. However earplugs work. Breakfast was tasty but the choices were limited. If you are particular about your coffee, you will be disappointed. There were a number of maintenance items that needed attention, e.g. two of the four washing machines were not working.

The Manager was horrible not of a customer service status at all. Very unapologetic , uncaring, ruled, unprofessional and arrogant.

It was a spacious room. The beds were lumpy. The badly needed to be replaced. The breakfast was not good.

The kitchen sink food disposal had a bad smell. staiways were dirty, and need more of variety of breakfast choices.

Everything aspect this property was excellent. It was a comfortable room to stay in after a long day of travel and the front desk gentleman was outstanding. He helped me resolved an error I made while booking the room online.

Exceptional

Over the hotel, location and staff .. the only thing that surprised me was how unattended the breakfast area was .. the food was empty, the juice was empty and there was no silver wear or napkins. After asking for it to be replenished , we were able to have breakfast. The lady was very nice and took care of it immediately but just thought it was something that should have been taken care of

The staff and the property was excellent. The breakfast could’ve been better.

Great stay. Clean and quiet, breakfast was decent hit and miss depending on the day but overall a great stay. Will definitely book here again.

Very good

This was our first stay ever at this hotel. The room/bathroom was impressively clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay again ❤️
