When booking there cancellation help is 5/10 not helpful at all after booking a family trip for 12 persons I had to change the date for one through Expedia no help

They put us in a room that didn’t fit our family. They said they didn’t get the payment from Orbitz and created a new charge slot of back and forth. Ever staykng at a Hyatt again

The only issues were the ice machine on my floor did not work. The frig in my room froze everything. also, there was an issue with the TV, but was fixed. one thing I noticed was that there are very few plugs in places to work. With all that being said I will still use this chain and recommend Hyatt to my friends. I look forward to my next trip and staying at a Hyatt wherever that may be. Jeff Chandler

The management was very nice. I would like to first say that. However, unfortunately, this property had issues that were bad timing. I loved the layout of my room and how it was set up. I did have continuous toilet issues which they came to fix finally a couple hours before I had to check out after three nights. I did have to request them to clean my bathroom after check-in and they did do so. My sister had a host of issues and the hotel was very apologetic. I’m not sure if I would stay here again, although I loved the size of the rooms and the layouts. The only thing I can say for sure is that the staff is very nice.

We stayed for onr night and arrived very late. Room is big, comfortable but cleanliness is missing. Our room was full of what I can call dog hair on the floor, the sofa, the rug. It was dirty and being allergic to dog hair I had to take an allergy pill. On a separate note, I asked for napkins and was told they were out of napkins! If it had been clean I would have rated it a 4.

The stay was ok. We had issues with our room key. We had to keep having it reprogrammed to get in our room. Had issues with the toilet. It kept running. Just little things that weren’t attended to that were annoying

I have stayed at this location for years when I visit Columbia. The hotel is showing it's age of the last 25 years. Still looks great for the age but could use a little more updating. Built in 1999 updated in 2007.

Staff was amazing and room and services where just what we needed

The whole place reeked like Marijuana. Our room had at one point a mirror on the bathroom door but it was missing. Instead there were a punch of sticky patches of gunk from the mirror that once hung there.

The pool was out of service, which was not advertised. Not a great breakfast selection. Only hot starch was oatmeal. No grits or potatoes.

My main discrepancy was we were not advised at the pool was not working until the next day and the first option available was you would just wanna check out and I thought that they could’ve been more done being out of spending over $100 a night to stay there

Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Water was shut off at 9am with no announcement or advanced warning so we could have taken earlier showers etc.

We stayed 2 nights. 1 night was on the first floor and for it to have been advertised as newly remolded wall paper was peeling off the wall. The linen was dirty we had to change them 2 times the first night. Also carpet looked like it had water damage and a smell.

The breakfast was very good! A hot breakfast AND the eggs were seasoned!

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. We had a short stay but was still enjoyed our time there.

Clean room loved my stay at the hotel

A little disappointed the light near the sink was very dim and when you plugged the hair dryer in it started the lights flashing must be a short? Also the pool was closed for maintenance. Bad timing I guess. Stayed there last week and toilet overflowed different room.

Besides that mishap, everything else was good and there were no other issues. Breakfast was good.
