Some staff were amazing (general manager and front desk staff). While other staff were absolutely awful and were extremely rude, had no manners (morning breakfast staff).

Very convenient amenities around the hotel.

The refrigerator was very noisy and in order to turn the lights out we had to unplug them because there were no switches on the walls for the lights. Beds are nice though.

The staff and desk clerk was exceptional, don't know how she did it she was there all day what a beauktiful team player. Upstairs your housekeeping team was on point. Just plain helpful.

1st time at this hotel location. Clean property, indoor pool área felt like a sauna, friendly staff, breakfast set up was nice. Accessible to retail and highway. I would stay again. I would Add for housekeeping to please keep talking down next to rooms with Do Not Disturb. Had a long drive and i think house keeping staff at hotels lately are getting too comfortable and not using etiquete. Other than that it met my expectations.

The hotel is fairly new. Everything was in great shape and working order. The staff at the desk, bar, and restaurant were awesome! I highly recommend!

We had to wait almost 3 hours to check into both our rooms, the elevators were not working properly, but the beds were very comfortable
