The staff was incredible. So helpful and enthusiastic about providing excellent service- especially the night clerk and the breakfast staff. Amazing people.

Attractive, well decorated, spacious room, nice dining area for breakfast, and Friendly and competent staff. We did not have wash cloths in our room. I am sure that staff would have provided them if we called. We were short on time.

My experience may be a fluke so recommend reading additional reviews. Done well: Well maintained and very clean main property (interior and exterior}, staff very friendly, lots of parking and multiple keycard entry points, and in an amazing location close to several malls, restaurants, shops, main highways, gas stations, etc. Went wrong: Called the day before about a 1:00am late arrival but lobby doors were locked and no one at front desk - eventually someone showed to check me in. Cockroach in bathroom, a lizard in the living room the next day. I had to request a new room since the front desk person didn’t offer any other solution. The new room seemed older, rust in parts of the fridge, toilet that would run loudly periodically, thin walls including walking down the hall you can hear neighbors tv and conversations. Other considerations: Onsite laundry room is $2.00 (quarters only) per wash and dry load respectively, pets allowed so barking was a periodic issue, and near train tracks so periodic early morning loud train noise. Has potential to be a great place to stay with some improvements. It will be a last resort option for me in the future.

Recycling bins were provided and marked in the rooms. The breakfast was clean and well maintained with Veronica at the breakfast team greeting us when she saw us.

The front reception staff was rude and got hostile when we told them we didn’t have a card to put on file since it’s a work trip and everything was covered. Didn’t receive maid service til the last night (I had to request it for towels) and that’s all they did they did not make the bed, refresh the amenities, sweep/vaccum. I ran out of some of the soap. I was very disappointed with the hotel. The chefs were very nice and the breakfast was very good.

The room was not clean. Dog crap on carpet. Gross!
