A lot dust in the room else on top of the refrigerator

The front reception staff was rude and got hostile when we told them we didn’t have a card to put on file since it’s a work trip and everything was covered. Didn’t receive maid service til the last night (I had to request it for towels) and that’s all they did they did not make the bed, refresh the amenities, sweep/vaccum. I ran out of some of the soap. I was very disappointed with the hotel. The chefs were very nice and the breakfast was very good.

The room was not clean. Dog crap on carpet. Gross!

The staff was extremely helpful. I believe we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was nice. The room could have been cleaned a little better, but it was late at night and we were exhausted. We only stayed one night, but if we’re in the area again in the future we would consider this hotel.

Ms. Pam made staying at this property worth it. The front desk staff could've cared less about accommodation. Especially 2nd shift Front desk staff did not exemplify the Marriott standard. Ms. Pam.( house keeping supervisor) Should be promoted to FOM

Breakfast staff were friendly and breakfast looked good. Being a vegan I had Oatmeal, and every topping was available including fresh strawberries, an assortmentof nuts, raisins etc.. The staff was accommodating by providing Oatmilk. O will stay there when I return next month.

Everything was nice

Room very nice and clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good. Staff at the breakfast area were so friendly.

Breakfast had a lot of choices and I like the healthier ones. I don't like eggs from a carton. The eggs or sausage. It wasn't a healthy choice so I passed and had fruit.

the property was in immaculate shape. The dark colors in the building were a little depressing but the kindness and good will by everyone associated with the property made for a great stay

Room was great and staff was great but the room I was in people were going in and out the door slamming the door and that was very annoying. The breakfast was not good at all.
