Disrepair- this property is in disrepair and badly in need of restoration.

The expedia website said that breakfast was included in the booking, but nothing was provided by hotel.

The stay prob would have been great but I didn’t get to find out. I arrived early and was told nothing was available but had reservation and site said 4 rooms are available. No early check in was offered I would have paid. I was told I can go find another hotel and the clerk was proud to tell me this, which I did. Thankful I could. Upon their official check in they promptly hit my card for payment. My family was needing to immediately go into the room we had an emergency in travel the reason for room was I was attending family day at Ft Jackson. No consideration was even listened to. After a 13 hour drive I was told my husband can wait in lobby until 3pm. It was 11am. Rooms were being cleaned and I watched at least 2 families walk out with bags. Considering I had booked a 3 night stay I was shocked at service.

Fantastic hotel! Great staff! Clean! Quiet!

There were two live cockroaches in our room - one the night we arrived and the second on the first morning. Staff were informed the first morning. The dead cockroaches were still on our floor when we left four days later. To the hotel's credit, we did not see any more for the rest of our time there. The staff we talked to were polite.

I really liked my stay but we had to call front desk to get towels and had to bag our own trash because we were told that housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms daily unless you request it. The housekeeping staff told me they don’t change out the towels daily. Other than that it was great beds and clean

The room was clean and generally comfortable. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. The thermostat was a bit tricky to understand but eventually figured it out . I appreciated the attached restaurant but breakfast hours were not as published . I would revisit this hotel as I was generally pleased .

Air conditioning was too low. It was an old hotel made to look more modern. It was just okay.

This is my go to hotel when in Columbia. It’s always spotless, well appointed and the staff is always friendly. The location is in a perfect spot near two major highways. I always think of this location first.

I wish I could give higher marks. It’s an okay one night hotel but we found it to be chincey. We did not have hot water for showers. It came out lukewarm. There’s no microwave. The thermostat was unreliable. The Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel was good.

We had to change rooms the bathroom was not up to date water stains no hot water and the floors were dirty
-
Grateful there was no carpet in the room because I would have been concerned. No microwave, no trash bags. Bed was clean but bathroom left a lot to be desired. Also tissue holder was broken. Glad I brought my own toiletries because soap bottles didn’t work. Best thing about the hotel is the attached Mexican restaurant and its margaritas.

The room is clean and the parking lot is good

I ended up getting food poisoning right before leaving the next day and they were so incredibly helpful and kind. They said I would not get charged or anything and just made sure I was ok. Such a great experience!
