The hotel looked more gloomy in person than the pictures

The room was well below proper living standards and the front desk staff were not the most accommodating.

Parking lot was terrible. Rooms could have been a lot cleaner. The staff was cordial.

Room was very outdated and gross. There is a train that passed by the building 2 times a night, 1am and 4am

Top covers had stains all over them.

Not pleased with the cleanliness or tv issues. The road to the hotel is terrible and needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. Will not be visiting back

The lobby had lovely foliage. If I could give it less than a 1, I would. We ended up cancelling our reservation after 10 min. of reviewing our room. We booked a non-smoking room and the room was so smokey smelling that my throat was itching within minutes of arrival. The visible mold in the bathroom and bedroom area were the nail in the coffin for us cancelling the reservation entirely. I have health concerns and just couldn't take the risk. If you just need a place to lay your head and you don't have health issues, than perhaps this is the budget-friendly option for you. We received a full refund and appreciated that there was no pushback there but definitely expected more from a Wyndham facility.

Clean and comfortable.. friendly staff

Reasonable prices I had big centipedes in my room . An ironing board was in my room but no iron. The water never got hot for the shower. I really want my money back.

This was a quick stopover due to a graduation ceremony at Fort Jackson. We were able to feel well rested before returning to our home state.

Going down the hill real quick People have literally torn stuff inside the rooms doors, shower door doors commodes you name it

Room was not as clean as expected and even though it was a non-smoking room, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. no clean. Breakfast was poor also.

No local channels on the TV. Air conditioner was leaking in the room. Also people were parked in handicap spaces that didn't have placards

The room was filthy and filled with mold. You could see where water damage from upstairs had been very poorly fixed. There was paint splatter all over the floors. You could smell the mold in the room. Not very clean at all. I highly recommend staying across the road in one of the many nicer hotels. The breakfast was terrible not much to choose from at all. The only thing good about this place is how close to fort Jackson. Also wanna let everyone know that the lizard thicket at the end of the drive has pretty darn good food. If you have family at the base stay somewhere else.

The beds were comfortable but the place is falling apart!

Fella at front desk was super helpful. Pretty central location. Convenience to alot of places in surrounding area.

MY ROOM HAD A STRONG CIGARETTE ODOR THE SMELL OF THE ROOM

The hotel was dirty we had a cockroach and other bugs in our room they wouldn’t refund me or comp my bill at all they said they would come in a spray and clean and that didn’t happen at all
