The hotel was dirty we had a cockroach and other bugs in our room they wouldn’t refund me or comp my bill at all they said they would come in a spray and clean and that didn’t happen at all

There were fingerprints and/or smudges on areas that people often touch. The ice bucket was never cleaned and contained leftover water and a plastic bag. I had to go to the desk to request some liquid sanitizer (to clean areas myself), a new ice bucket, some water cups (since there were none in the room), and a refill of the body wash container (empty). The room was missing basic amenities like towel bars, facial tissue, and a coffee maker. The furniture in the room was old, drab, and in some level of disrepair. The TV and remote didn't seem compatible or were not user friendly. I gave up trying to use it. The ice machine on the second floor was out-of-order, so guests were forced to go down to the main level to get ice. My reservation was for two nights here. However, there was no way I could tolerate another day paying for such unacceptable accommodations..

The ac didn't work the tv keeps turning itself off. Ants found in my bathroom they said they was coming to handle it they never did. I got my own ant spray. I asked for a different room they supposed not have any. We stayed 3 days on the 2nd day I found dead ants on my bed. The breakfast

Room was not smelling fresh, the first room had a very strong smell of nicotine. My husband got sick after spending an hour in the room. We had to ask for a room change. The new room was a bit better but smelled like the floor was wiped with dirty water. Property needs upgrading. Will not go here again

Bathroom was dirty, shower was very dirty we stayed 5 days and nobody came to clean our room. Our room smelled and the bathroom sink was clogged and water took forever to drain. We will not return to this hotel.

Air conditioner did blow hard or cool too well.

The hallway smelled funny, the "smoke-free room" smelled like cigarettes, the entrance was plagued by lots of big, deep potholes, the "hot water" at breakfast was cold.

Property looked very different from online photos to arrival. After driving through the WORST entry and driveway in the history of hotels (pothole minefield) it is located 15 feet from an active railway and trains and train horns. Ever see The Blues Brothers? The room would have been adequate if it weren't for the rainforest humidity level in it. Sheets and towels were always damp. Staff was polite and helpful even if the property they managed is very undesirable. Will not be staying there again.

This location was not clean and needs a lot of upkeep. Paint peeling in room. Toilet seat broken and the lobby had no AC. Breakfast area no AC. Washroom in lobby was filthy. The breakfast selection was not nice. There was no hot water for even pkg oatmeal. We arrived late after travelling 15 hours and no welcome. No instruction to work tv. Had to phone. Should be warned that a train will run through the night so you are not awakened in panic. So disappointed. Money back should be offered. Not up to wingate standards

Shower ceiling had mold on the ceiling, their wasn't a remote for tv. Had to walk downstairs to get one and the front desk said I had to program the channels in myself. Ice machine upstairs didn't work so I had to walk downstairs,, at breakfast they're wasn't any by 8 a.m., when I went to get a cup of coffee they're were ants all over the counter were the coffee and food were

The front manager was nice The bed was hard. The shower water was barely warm. The road before the hotel was awful

Nothing The rooms on the website do not look like the rooms when you check in. The window was leaking water and I was not comfortable being in the room the five minutes I was there.
