Unbelievably poor. Poor service, poor hospitality. Did not reimburse my “ refundable deposit” how does a 150$ deposit result in a 12.44$ return???? Unbelievably poor. Poor service, poor hospitality. Did not reimburse my “ refundable deposit” how does a 150$ deposit result in a 12.44$ return????

They had room service tidy up & replace towels and thats a big plus for me. I would love to see a suite with full kitchen. I thought I had 1 with a small kitchenette but I didn't.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. I received information from the Hotels.com site that we would get breakfast for two included in the stay, but when we got to the hotel, they said that each individual would be charged for breakfast. It would not prevent me from staying there again, but it did seem to be misleading.
