Iyanna was amazing front desk staff! Lounge staff was accommodating to our needs. Our room needed cosmetic work and a shelf in the bathroom would have been nice. Breakfast wasn’t useful for us going to military ceremonies so opening that even 30mins sooner would help. Overall it wasn’t terrible, but could use some upkeep

The location was great They have roaches in the hotel facilities.bTheynhad a few bugs in the cabinet. Called front desk they sent someone the day we were checking out. Asked to be moved to another room and was unable to be accommodated. The bathroom was not clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the rooms are a bit run down and for the extra $100 cleaning deposit I would have thought the rooms would be cleaner.

BREAKFAST AWESOME, POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON BUT THE SITE SAID OPEN TILL 9/30. NO SOAP ON NIGHT ONE AND SEMI CLEAN. THE LOUNGE WAS REASONABLY PRICED. DIRECTIONS TO RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA AND TO FT. JACKSON FOR GRADUATION WHICH IS WHY WE WERE THERE. STAFF WAS HELPFUL.

Disappointing

It bothers me to say this WE will NEVER stay here again. The owner was unprofessional before our group could make our complaints people were already in front of us complaining. Front desk staff was trying to accommodate us but the owner was concerned about his pockets. Ppl were switched from room to room, bad smell, stains EVERYWHERE. Please DONT STAY!!!

Was greeted with a “last name?” Without any eye contact…. When I handed my Chase Visa Marriott Bonvoy card, I was told “we only take major credit cards”. The pool was a nasty green water. The breakfast was cold… in our suite, both the couch and the chair were old and stained…. We wouldn’t even sit on them, and there were dead fleas in the sink of the kitchenette. Terrible stay. When my daughter was a freshman, this place was new and excellent in all areas. Three short years later, it’s old and dirty, and so disappointing. Good luck. I hope you turn it around. I just won’t be there to see it.

Very Mid hotel. Not recommended

The whole hotel looks really nice from the photos, however they recently updated and did not address the wear and tear on the property itself. There was a lot of humidity within the room which showed through mold spores. The cracks around the windows and ac unit allowed easy access for bugs- cockroaches to be specific. The outside of the property had broken glass, trash, questionable water puddles and streams, and stray cats roaming. The linens were clean. It was “clean” in terms of housekeeping. I would stay here again if options were slim.

This property had been owned by several other motel companies in the past, but the new owners have done a nice job getting a facelift on this property. Aside from the shower design being curtainless which caused drywall damage and undoubtedly the reason for obvious leaks from above floors (water gets all over the floor), I felt it was a great value. The surrounding area has gotten bad with shootings and crackheads, but I didn’t see them on this property. Aside from smelling weed occasionally during my stay it was pretty uneventful.

This has probably been the worse hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. To start, I had a late flight arriving at 9:00pm. I called the hotel hours in advance to inform them that I will be checking in late and according to their policy, you can check in until 12am. Once I got off of my flight, I received a message from a staff member informing me that my stay had been cancelled. When I called the hotel to see what was going on with my reservation considering it was only 9:30pm, they said that they were overbooked and if you had a card on file, they will charge it. If your card decline, they will cancel your reservation. This was completely unacceptable considering we booked the stay under book now, pay at the hotel. When finally arriving, the staff reinstated our reservation however the room that I booked was NOT the room I received. The hotel looked like an old apartment building. The room was not properly cleaned and had dead bugs on the bed frame. The room had an unpleasant smell. They gave us used body towels as well. The toilet seat also was broken. I left during the day to attend a graduation and left the do not disturb sign on the door. Housekeeping still came into my room without permission. Lastly, I was locked inside of the hotel room because the key disabled due to the battery dying that unlocks the door. I would NOT recommend staying here. This place needs to be shut down.
