Wyndham Garden Columbia/Ft. Jackson

When I first arrive my room door was not working properly. The receptionist had to call maintenance to fix it. When I went inside, It was visible damage on the walls. One of the walls had food stains on it. My bedsheets felt damp and the carpet was dirty and also felt damp. The mini fridge was clean but it smelled like old spoiled food. The parking was plentiful. The free breakfast was also good.I would definitely spend a little more money next time and get a better hotel.

Very nice cleaned place and great host

We stayed here for my husband graduation from basic. The lobby was nice. Loved that we can have coffee or tea anytime! The pool was nice and the garden view. I felt like the bathrooms needed to be updated a little in the rooms. Overall I’d stay again. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good each day.

The facility needs updated and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom . This caused a buildup of mildew

Clean rooms Lounge was still under construction and not open. Location was a bit off the path

The garden yard was fantastic, unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked to. The pillows are horrible. Our bathroom sink had a trickle and nothing more (Rm 432).

Location close to base Dirty and smelled like marijuana and staff didn’t care. Room was not cleaned two days.

The outdoor area was beautiful. I also really enjoyed the lobby and the seattles best coffee in the lobby. The staff were very friendly. The hotel room was very dirty and run down. Stains all over the carpet, thick dust coating most furniture (lamps, etc). The bedding had an odor that made it seem it was unclean. The conditioner bottle was completely empty. The breakfast selection was fine but there was no syrup any day we were there so many guests were left unable to enjoy the waffles or French toast. The bathroom needs a lot of work - some of the metal pieces look broken and the paint in the tub is chipping all over.
