The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good; however, this property needs major upgrades and repairs.

Breakfast was really good and room was very nicely cooled.

Not a safe area, staff was ok but one of the ladies wasn’t friendly. Had to change rooms due to blood and stains on sheets, couch/chair had stain. Only benefit was the tv worked and it was quiet. Other than that I even put my shirt over the pillow cases, A/C was off so it was hot when we came in and toilet paper roll was used…wouldn’t recommend.

The room was clean on arrival but the next day after room service cleaned they only pulled up the covers. The towels were dingy looking one face cloth had looked like some dried tomato sauce. The tissue holder kept falling off the wall. The bath faucet was pulling away from the wall. The bathtub had a dirt stain that was able to be cleaned because I cleaned it while there. The garden and pool was nice.

My room was but I had a problem with the WiFi the water pressure was low and the pool was terrible there was a lot of soft spots at the bottom of the pool feeling like you were falling through the floor

Common Yoghurts ran out and they couldn’t ring more.

This place might be good in a tight situation where you have no other place to stay but definitely not a 2nd or 1st option. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't excellent neither.

Rooms were clean but the outside near the building, there was a lot of trash.

Reservation was for 2 queen beds with garden view. When we get there of course they don't have that room available. They give us a king size bed and a view of the parking lot. The room was not very clean; under the sink looked like some spilled coffee on the wall, couch had some questionable stains on it, trash can had something caked inside it, and dirt spots on the bathroom walls. Bathroom door got stuck shut and we couldn't open it. Went to the front desk and she said she would contact maintenence. Got back from dinner and door wasn't fixed. Went back to the front desk and was told that maintenance may not be on the property so it wouldn't get fixed till the morning. How do they expect you to go without a bathroom all night? Staff was not very helpful.

Sheets damp, motel 8 vibes. not as expected.

I loved the room. Check-in staff was great. I didn’t get to use any amenities but I loved that access was available. Only thing I didn’t ask about was a pool. But still really nice property.
